Hanna dismissed the Reaver from her mind entirely. There were too many things on her mind as it was, let alone the untimely appearance of an old enemy. Since the moment she had become a blue girl again, an abstract longing filled Hanna's thoughts with cold, dark water that beckoned like a warm meal or a safe place to rest. It almost seemed to whisper to her, words so indistinct and foreign that she could not make them out. "Hanna?" Ferin had a hand on her shoulder and seemed anxious, though his expression was unreadable. She shrugged off his hand and blinked rapidly, bringing the room back into full focus. The colors seemed to shift for a moment, then settled back to what they had been before. "What?" she replied, looking him in the eye. "Nothing," he said, straightening.

::Kai finished bandaging the wounds and stood to look at them both.::
"All my years as a healer, I haven't seen many people who heal as fast as you Ferin. You should be able to take your bandages off within a week's time. Hanna yours may take a little longer but there's nothing major that I can see." smiled Kai. Kai knew about the danger she was in and he wanted to lift her spirits to see her smile. No one should have to die, no matter what the reason.
"Thank you Kai." spoke Hanna as Kai left the room and went to Kallman's room. Kallman was lying on his bed shirtless and without his bandana. It was on a desk by the bed. Kallman never took off his bandana for anything. Kai knew something was up.::
"Kallman, what's wrong?" asked Kai.
"What do you think?" asked Kallman.
"It's Ferin isn't it? You can't stand him." spoke Kai knowing his brother.
"That's part of it yes, I don't know why but I hate him and it's more than just Hanna. I just don't understand." spoke Kallman.
"Why did you take your bandana off?" asked Kai.
"That's because of her. I can't wear it anymore. At least not that one. It reminds me too much of her. Of the one person I can't have." spoke Kallman.
"You love her?" asked Kai.
"I loved her just like I loved Rachel but I've come to a decision Kai. I'm not meant to love anyone forever. There are some things even I can't stop or you." spoke Kallman.
"Yes, I admit losing Hanna is making me sad as well. She is such a good friend and to think that my healing can do nothing for her, it makes me so depressed. What good is a healer who can't heal the wounded?" asked Kai.
"Kai, you're an amazing healer. Hanna told me why she's dying. The only person who can save her is herself. She has to overcome the blue spirit within her, if she wants to live, but there are times I fear that she wants to die." spoke Kallman.
"Why would she want to die?" asked Kai.
"I think I know. She's an outcast Kai. Charlie can't be turned back into a human and she's been out of her land for too long. They wouldn't accept her as one of them anymore." spoke Kallman.
"Surely her mother and father." asked Kai.
"She talked to you didn't she?" asked Kallman.
"Yes about her grandmother." spoke Kai.
"It's possible that her parents aren't living and her grandmother raised her and she's not like Charlie. They are only half blood brother and sister." spoke Kallman.
::Suddenly the door opened and Aurora stepped in.::
"Hey boys mind if I join the conservation?" smiled Aurora as Kallman sat up and let her sit down on the bed beside him. Kai grabbed a chair and set across from them both.
"Yeah sure Aurora, right now we need your stratgist mind." laughed Kallman putting his right shoulder around her.

(Please continue with your conversation. I'm going to go ahead.)
For the next few days, Hanna would sometimes be found in the middle of a passage, staring up at the ceiling. The rock around would ripple like water, and she would be muttering in the old language. Her eyes would change from luminous blue to gold and back again, unless someone could get her attention, and then they would turn hazel once more. Worry was beginning to show on Ferin's face and he was seldom found away from her, for fear that something would happen. She also spent time with Kallman, though he had trouble with this.
"Do you remember anything of what just happened?" he asked once. "I was talking to someone," Hanna said. "Who?" "I can't remember, but it was important. There something I was supposed to do I think." "Are you sure?" "Obviously not," she retorted, back to usual self. "Sooth Ferin. Weren't you listening?"

"Aurora do you think there's anything we can do to help Hanna?" asked Kai. Kai hated the fact that he could do nothing medically to help her. Kai didn't know anything about what was making her die. She had been brought back once and they wouldn't be able to do it a second time, Kai knew that. Even Daceria and Forest had their limits.
"Kai, Kallman, my brothers there is not much we can do. It is up to Hanna, it's her will that's keeping her going. And if we sit here and sulk about it, that won't help her. As long as I'm the eldest, I say we help cheer her up. I don't want either or you thinking about her dying and Kallman I want you to wear your bandanna even if she dies. That bandanna has always been a part of you, it's not a part of Hanna, you need to realize that. And as for you Kai, just because you can't heal her doesn't mean you can't help her. Both of you need to realize what Hanna needs most. She needs us to stop sulking over stuff we can't control. Do you understand brothers?" asked Aurora.
"Yes sister." they both replied. It was no wonder Aurora was the brains of the family.
"I'm going to make supper. You two go to Hanna and say sorry for your sulking and that you both promise to behave like your normal selves. Espically you Kallman."
(How's that Robin? I thought it was an epic speech for your character and if I could include it in Ch.7 of A Wolf's Journey 3 that would be amazing)

(Much better. The attitude is much improved)
It had been several days since the brothers had come to speak with her, and Hanna was gladdened by the sight of Kallman at least making an effort to return to normal. Though they were hardly on what could be called friendly terms, Ferin and Kallman managed to be in each others' company without discord. Hanna spent as much time with the others as she could. Being around them helped her to remember who she was when the earth-voices called.
"You look bluer than usual," Ferin mused, sitting beside her in the great hall. "What's on your mind?" Hanna raised an eyebrow at his remark and sighed. "You have a terrible sense of humor, Ferin." "So you always say," the magician replied, playing with a fork. Hanna watched it vanish and reappear, contort and sometimes glow, her thoughts unreadable. "So?" Ferin asked again. "What is it?" Kallman came into the room and Hanna made room for him on the seat next to them, then leaned forward on her elbows. "Something is wrong." "We know that," Kallman said, the emotionless mask he used to cover his worry cracking a little. "I don't mean with me," Hanna replied tersely. "Out there," she said, waving a hand at the doors to the mountain hold. "Has anyone heard from Daceria or her sister?"

"No, we haven't. Aurora has gone out to investigage. I was sent here to inform you but it seems you already know what's at hands."
"It's them again." muttered Hanna.
"Who?" asked Ferin
"The hunters."
"Yes and it's more than just the ones that live in our area. I think Keri has recruited hunters from other regions as well. Daceria and her sister are in danger." spoke Hanna truthfully. She had met Daceria and Forest before, even had the honor of meeting a hunter face to face.
"I'm going to go out and help Aurora. I just wanted you to know Hanna, I still care about you and that will never change." spoke Kallman as he disappeared out of the room as he went to his sister.
Hanna sat there and looked to Ferin.
"Same old Kallman, it's good to see him himself.'
"True." spoke Ferin.
