Hector_WeissRP Mars Aeon what is evil how do you define evil. evil is different each person depending on how you were raised and what you believe. my argument is that roleplaying certain types of evil characters are not simple. In my 9 years of roleplaying i have found many different people who have rp as evil characters and most of them were lets face it easy to role play. but simply saying all evil characters are easy to roleplay that's an insult bro. don't just toss every single character that is evil into the Evil is Black while Good is White kinda sterotype. believe me their are few ppl out their who try to make their villains complex. Then you've already verified my first statement...that it isn't difficult to be evil. I never took a step into complexities until you have decided to bring up the matter. Yes, it is not hard to be evil if you do not want to think about it...my next statement stated how I personally found it easy to be evil. Complexity is no alien to me. As you have already stated, Evil scales differently. In other words...evil can be easy...and easy can be difficult...such is vice-versa with good. Did this matter become a dilemma with me? Not really. Though, I struck a nerve with you, and therefore am sorry that it spiraled out of proportion. To simply state it. I find to be evil, complex and not, easy. That may be different for others. Which is why I refer to my second statement of, "Personally". i apologize for sounding rude but i will accept you view as that is your right. i am glad we had this time to get to know each better. now i am sure you are not simply ignorant and prejudiced in your view. thank you for taking the time to humor me. blaugh

Truthfully, my character isn't all that evil, he just goes against the authorities trying to make a free world, which is seen as evil. He believes that the innocent are free of persecution and punishment. Of course, in a world of kings, this is evil. So no matter how good he sounds, he is seen as evil. This is a complex character. Memories of his five hundred years of life are coming back to him from everywhere, and he is becoming different every day. A changing person in the same situation always is complex. It is only in some, and I emphasize the some, cases, being evil is truly easy. Same with good.

There have been some lack character depth in this guild. so i take it my job seriously considering i have alot of other things to worry about besides gaia.

@mars I agree with the whole lack of character depth. It's really hard to find people who take the time to develop a character rather than just spouting whatever comes to mind. Worse yet are the "perfect mary-sue's" that plague both RP and fanfiction realms. Blech!!!

My character began as a confused person, but his memories are coming back, and he is changing rapidly, and giving different views to toward his cause. He's never not interesting to Rp with, and is always adverse. Never dull. Well, I try to make him interesting.

Which is why if you read my characters profile and his spells. He is not like the other mages you will see others create. I grew weary of all the "Glass-cannon" proportioned Sorcerers/Sorceresses that everyone seemed to perceive...fire...water...ice...ground, space, time, etc...no. I perceived instead of power. Utility. I did spend deliberate time planning on how I should perceive Hector, and it came to the conclusion on. Where everyone perceives power, I will perceive deceit. So I repeat. I am well aware...and quite anxious for the upcoming roleplay. So I am honored to take this challenge upon myself.
