Vanity felt a wave of water moving near her and looked over to find Sythe floating next to her, "Nice night." "Yeah, nice." she sighed and continued to close her eyes in deep thought. It almost felt like she was actually floating in mid-air as the breeze hit her face. Hmm, how nice it would be to be able to fly...like a bird with no worries. Oh great, now i'm going all shakesspear. Vanity unconciously snorted at her own thoughts.

After a while of silence, Sythe turned his head to Vanity. "You're pretty quiet. Anything wrong?" Sythe asked. Some of his bangs were sticking to his face, and he lightly brushed them to the side, as they were starting to annoy him.

Iyla looked at him with a weary sort of admiration, her hand flying up to the choker at her neck. She looked back at her new master, her voice soft. "May I?" Without waiting for an answer and hoping for the best, she turned and walked carefully to the delicate, pink cherry blossoms. As she stepped carefully around the piles of sweet scent, her eyes were glued to the nature around her. After being kept in a small, dank cell for so long, this was the most amazing thing she had experienced in a long, long time. With a smile on her face, she turned to face him, giving him a genuine smile. She closed her eyes and raised her arms for a few moments, then dropped them hurriedly and walked back over, looking refreshed.
"It's the most wonderful thing I have seen in quite some time, sir," were the words that slipped through her lips. Her eyes shone with a true admiration for the man.

A note was attached to the young lord's door - "The main bathroom is out the door, and it's the room at the very end of the hallway. I drew a bath - I'm not planning on sleeping very long, but if you want it first, I can always make another one. Everything you need should be in the cabinet to the left of the big mirror, and towels, shampoo, etc. are in the right cabinet. ~Gunther"
The door was open just enough to let someone from the outside see that Gunther was asleep, having fallen into dreamland only a few minutes ago. His medium-length silver hair was slightly strewn out on the pillow, which made it look like he'd flopped down and went right to sleep. His right hans was holding on slightly to the pillow beside him, and his head was turned in such a way that if Gunther woke up he could stare straight at the door. He was still a little paranoid since Tii'gra had tried to stab him in his sleep.

"Isn't it?" Jei replied, looking into Iyla's eyes with his own brilliant blue orbs. He smiled, and his eyes imitated that action. After reviewing what she had said in his head he spoke again, "Please, don't call me sir. I'm not your master. I'm your equal. Call me by my name." Jei said, smiling lightly once more. "By the way, would you like those ribbons off, or would you rather them stay on?" he asked, motioning to the choker of ribbons about her neck.

Doranlooked at the note, then at Gunther. Hmm... He silently put his clothes down and walked silently up to the door to retrieve the note. The boy quickly found a pen or whatnot and scribbled out on the back of the note: "Your bath has been abducted by the Great Thief, Doran. xp Ya snooze ya loose." On the side Gunther wrote on Doran also wrote: "Look on the other side, stupid."
With that done, he opened the door and snuck into to room, being as quiet as he could. Doran slipped right up to the bed and leaned over to place the note on Gunther's face. Hopefully the other didn't wake up. >_<

Iyla looked at him, happy already by his fair treatment, then realized exactly what he had said. She touched her choker and laughed. "Jei," she said with amusment, though sounded unsure of this new word, "I would very much like the ribbon taken off, but it's wrapped around my entire body." She motioned from her shoulders down to her hips, smiling widely. "You don't even know the colors of my ribbons yet," she said after calming down a bit. The woman shook her head, grinning still.
"Would you like to show me the house? I would very much enjoy it."

"I don't care for the colors of your ribbons." Jei commented, before nodding. "Alright, follow me, please." Jei said, turning on his heel as he headed for the house. Upon reaching the back doors, he swung them open, as they were already unlocked.
The doors opened to reveal a cavernous hall, with deep mahogany flooring. Plants, statues and paintings adorned the walls and corners, giving some interest to the room. "This, is the entrance hall." Jei said, motioning for her to come in.

Gunther's eyes snapped open and he grabbed Doran's arm out of instinct. He was a light sleeper due to the many times that Tii'gra had nearly killed him in his sleep, and it had never really died out. When he realized who it was, however, he quickly let go, apologizing quickly. "Oh, sorry. Didn't mean to startle you there." He sat up, yawning slightly before standing. He snatched the note and read the backside. "Well, hop to it then, before I get there." He then read the front and smirked. "Idiot, huh?"

Doran all but screamed as his arm was grabbed and quickly pulled away. Gods... what a freak... He thought, his ears pressed back against his head and his tail hanging between his legs. "Yes, idiot. And a weird one too." He sniffed and turned, his hips swaying a bit more than he meaned to as he retrieved his clothes form the ground and headed off to the bath.

Gunther stood up, scratching the back of his head. He yawned and stretched, before leaving to do the rest of his daily duties while Doran was taking a bath. He went to the gate and smiled at the rosebush that had taken over the brick wall beside it. "And you were just a small rose when I brought you home to Mother." He put his hand in the air, and the clouds swirled overhead. However, when it began to rain it only watered the rosebush. Nodding in approval at his work, Gunther made the clouds disappear with a flick of his wrist.

The bathroom was beautiful; gold and marble adorned every wall. Made mostly of marble, as the rest of the bathroom, the bath"tub" if you will was a large basin in the floor with various spigots surrounding the edge. The water faucets were gold-plated, with "H" and "C" encrusted with tiny gems. Unfortunately, there was no way to get it out of the floor, from what Doran saw. The water was still warm; Gunther had only drawn it a minute or two ago.

Doran looked over his shoulder, watching Gunther leave the room, and shook his head. He'd deal with his other problems later. First thing's first: his bath. The boy opened the door to the bathroom...
He stood there for a moment, staring at the whole place. "Daaay-am..." He said in awe. This was certainly the most expensive bathroom he's ever been in. He closed the door behind him and set his things on a counter and looked around for a comb and brush. Perfect. He found those and set them by the edge of the tub before making sure he had all the shampoo and conditioner and soap he needed. The boy did try to somehow get those water faucets, but he didn't have the right tools. He wasn't about to use his hands, seeing that he was worried about his claws growing in properly.
With a little sigh, Doran stripped down and slid into the warm bath. He sighed loudly and smiled. It felt so good to get clean again and the water relaxed his body. "Man... this is heaven..." He groaned before dunking his head underwater and beginning to shampoo it.

Deoradhan With a little sigh, Doran stripped down and slid into the warm bath. He sighed loudly and smiled. It felt so good to get clean again and the water relaxed his body. "Man... this is heaven..." He groaned before dunking his head underwater and beginning to shampoo it. The rose bush was watered, Charles had fresh water and food as did Pitra and his friends that had helped with his chores, and everything was back in it's proper place. Sighing mostly out of tiredness, Gunther waited about ten minutes, and then went into the main hall. He stepped to the end of the hall and heard the splasing water on the other side. "At least Doran's enjoying his bath," Gunther muttered to himself. Gently he knocked on the great big oak door and spoke. "Doran? Are you doing OK in there?"

By this time Doran had rinsed out his hair, srubbed himself down, and worked the conditioner into his hair. At the moment, he was sitting on the edge of the tub and grooming his tail. He heard Gunther and blinked. "Why wouldn't I? I just need to detangle my fur and I'm just about done!" The boy called. He made sure to get everything untangled while it was still wet, seeing that when his fur and hair alike dried he'd have an easier time brushing them.

Vanity looked over to Sythe, "No, i'm fi- AHHH!!!" In a matter of seconds Vanity rushed down into the water. Vanity held on to her ankle as much as she could, trying to get the pain in her ankle to go away, but it was a futile attempt underwater. NO! Not now, please not now! He'll find out! Soon she was beginning to lose her breath, but Vanity couldn't bring herself to resurface from the pain in her ankles. If she didn't go up now, she was sure to dron, but if she even made an attempt to move from her position she would be hit with an unbareble pain. Slowly Vanity's small agile body was sinking down to the riverbed floor, eyes weary she closed it to welcome the darkness.

God i hate this post, i sound like one of those melodramtic writers! gonk
