╀ ╁ ╂N o e ۞ S e o n╀ ╁ ╂ He smiled and greeted the customer at the counter, ringing up items, and making small talk. Some of the customers were to forward for his taste, and tried to play it off as being oblivious, but some of these older ladies were WAY to bold. Yikes! As he rings up the next customer in line, that heads for the door after, in came the very person on his mind. He had to do a double take from ringing up another customer, and looked at her in awe. It almost felt like her walk was in slow motion with a glow behind her. "Geulaeseo hwalyeo" So, gorgeous Noe breathed out loud. He felt his face turn hot, and the customer had to snap their fingers to snap him back into reality. He blinked, and repeatedly apologized, and finished ringing up the customer. He quickly grabbed a coworker who was on break to take up the register, and hurried to look for Emi. Like the dog that he is, if his tail was out, it'd be wagging vigorously. Finally, he found the isle she was in, and again, that same slow motion sensation took over him. The hell was this anyway!? He quickly hid himself, and hit the side of his head. "Idiot!" He whispered to himself. The hell is he thinking?! What is he even going to say to her!? Scratching the side of his head, he bit his bottom lip before finally going back to the isle, fixing his composure. Play it cool.... He slyly walked up to her side, and smiled softly. "Hey! A-Anything I can help ya with?" He tried to sound calm, but ended up stumbling on his words. Yeah, real smooth move you idiot! He thought to himself.

Her basket seemed to fill up a bit more than just kibble and treats. Emi really did like spoiling Bunta, so she tossed in several toys, some cat n** and even some cute collars to put on him. In the midst of her impulse shopping, Noe's voice caught her attention. Was he done with customers already? Greeting him with a bright smile, the girl pulled her cellphone out of her strawberry-shaped purse and started typing. [ Hey, Noe~ It's really nice to see you again! whee ] Looking back at her full basket, she chuckled a bit awkwardly before adding in another message. [ I probably put in the entire cat aisle in here sweatdrop But he deserves it ya know! ] Paying attention to his new uniform, she saw that the collar of his shirt was slightly off, so Emi went a head and fixed it on whim and even straightened out his name tag. She had done it with her dad a lot back when she was still living in Japan, so it was sorta like a weird habit she did. [ Liking the new job? ]

╀ ╁ ╂N o e ۞ S e o n╀ ╁ ╂Just her first initial greeting, made his imaginary tail wag even faster. "Y-Yeah, it's really good to see you too." He chuckled at how full her basket was, and thought to offer a lending hand. "That must be heavy, I can carry something if you-" Seeing her get closer to him, caught him off guard. He felt her knuckles lightly graze against his exposed neckline for only a split second as it appeared she was only fixing his collar, and then name tag. His face must have been just as pink as her outfit. His heart was racing, what was this odd sensation!? A panic attack? Then how come his body felt hot? WHATS GOING ON!? When she pulled away and asked him about the job, he quickly cleared his throat, and snapped back into reality, quickly trying to play it cool, and calm himself down. "Ah! I- I really like it!" There we go! "It's a cute little shop, my coworkers are friendly enough, and the plus side is I get to work with cute animals....Plus.....I get to see you" He muttered at the end, and cleared his throat again. "So uh!....How's your day?" Noe figured to keep the conversation going as to not make things awkward, and quickly remembered about yesterday. "Ah....Hey uh....I'm sorry for worrying you yesterday. I get weird like that....I hope you're not to mad at me?" He sulked his head slightly, and gave her his puppy dog eyes. He did felt genuinely bad about how the day ended yesterday. "If there's anything I can do to make it up to you?"

Seeing how flustered Noe got when she was adjusting his collar and name tag made her chuckle a bit. It was cute, honestly. However, she didn't bring it up since she didn't want to make him feel embarrassed for it. Hearing him talk about how much he was liking his job made her smile even brighter. She didn't quite catch the last part, which made her tilt her head to the side like a curious puppy. But, seeing as he was quick to turn the subject back on her day and apologizing about yesterday, Emi gave Noe a reassuring look while typing. [ My day's been pretty good. Hence the dress, I guess, but I think maybe I got too dressy just to go get my cat some stuff, huh? ] Looking down at the pink, frilly, strawberry covered dress, she was starting to think that maybe it was too dressy for a simple errand. Oh well. She at least felt super cute in it, so that was a good thing right? Now addressing yesterday... [ You don't have to apologize and I'm not mad. I'm just glad you're feeling better today. emotion_c8 I know anxiety can be pretty annoying sometimes, heh, I mean I just started walking out in town on my own this past month. You got the master of anxiety here! ] Which was all true. Even as a child, Emi had been terrified of doing most things out in public by herself. Hell, Even flying over here when she moved was such a huge ordeal that Isa had to literally be on the plane with her for her to even move in with him. Thinking back on it now, she was starting to think how much of a burden and baby she had been up until recently.
[ Well if you wanna make up for yesterday... Um, do you wanna hang at my place after you off work? We can order food, or I can cook something up. It's up to you! c: ] It would just be the two of them - well, plus Bunta - she was pretty sure Isa was busy with work or friends, so Noe wouldn't have to worry about the anxiousness around meeting new people. Besides, while Emi didn't see it, Isa was pretty intimidating to others. Maybe in the future there would be a chance to introduce the two, but that was for future them to worry about. [ If you don't wanna go to my place, we can just go wherever you feel like going to. I gotta start branching out some more anyways. ]

╀ ╁ ╂N o e ۞ S e o n╀ ╁ ╂ Keeping his eyes on her, he couldn't help but feel a certain way. He didn't know what that feeling was exactly, but...it was a certain way that made him feel warm. "I think you look cute in that dress." Noe blurted out in response to her first comment. He chuckled to her next, even though she wasn't using her voice, he understand the emotion behind every text. "Then teach me oh grand master." He teased, and lightly bowed jokingly to her. As he settled down from his friendly, joking behavior, he was able to catch her offer....To go to her place, where they could eat out....or her cooking him a meal. Something of a cold shiver went down his spine, his eyes shifted to a different side of him. Does she realize what she is even offering? He thought to himself. Perhaps it really is just innocent intent but, a part of him wondered how much of the invite was really innocent? All of it? Partially? Noe cleared his throat, and casually placed his left hand to the shelf behind her, and slightly leaned in. "As you wish...." He lightly smiled. "We can go to your place.....and do whatever you want to do." He took a pen from the collar of his polo shirt, eased up, and took a step back, he gently grasped her right hand, lifted it up, and wrote down his phone number. "This way you can text me your address...." He paused, putting his pen back, and looking at her once more. "Or whenever you feel like it." He teased. "I'll met you at your place after work then?"

Emi could only chuckle from Noe's silly behavior, and even matching the joking energy by giving him a mock curtesy to his bow. However, after mentioning the plans to hang at her place, his demeanor seemed to change in an instant. There was still an element of teasing, but... almost in a bewitching way? ...Nah! She had to be imagining it for sure. Although, with him leaning in with his hand resting over and behind her head on the shelf, her face did feel a little hot. She was probably overthinking... probably. The mute seemed to snap out of her thoughts when she felt a pen gently running across her hand. His number! Giving him a smile and a nod before picking up her basket of cat stuff. [ I'll see you there then~ Try not to steal a puppy when you get off. ] Emi teased as she thoroughly remembered how he was playing with that puppy from yesterday. After getting her things rung up and paying for a hefty bill, she made sure to give Noe a finally wave goodbye before heading out. She had to make sure the house was tidy enough for company!

Lily rose walked into the pet store and wanted to ask about working there but as usual she found it hard to find anyone that worked there ... " Hello , anyone here?" she replied and then stood there for a few more minutes waiting for the manager to show up.

╀ ╁ ╂N o e ۞ S e o n╀ ╁ ╂ Noe was on break, he had been resting his head on the table, lightly banging it against the wood as he was sulking about yesterday. [Previously] Just as things were about to finally take an interesting turn! He gets c**k blocked! By her roommate!? Introductions are already off to a bad start. Though even he wasn't a bad looker. Still it was clear what the message was. Mama bear huh? Luckily, his phone went off, an alarm he had set up to let him know it was time to clock in to work. He apologized more than he could count, and said his goodbyes before leaving for his closing shift.
[Present] And now...He has opening shift. He rested the side of his face against the table, looking out the window. "wae naya? eotteohge geuleohge bul-un-i dagchyeoss-eulkkayo?" Why me? How did I end up with such bad luck? He muttered to himself. The image of that guy invaded his mind, and was instantly put in a bad mood. "Tch!" Noe sat up, and ruffled his hair in frustration......That's fine. If her roommate wants to play that game.....Then game on. Standing back up, he stretched out his arm's and went back to work.

After yesterday's little awkward interaction between Noe and Isa, Emi couldn't help but feel guilty on both ends. Her anxiety about what happened wouldn't let her rest, so up until 4am until now, the little mute had been doing things in order to make it up to both of them. For Isa, she spent a good 2 hours up in the music room in the attic, cleaning everything and even went as far and re-tuning all of Isa's guitars the way that he liked. Afterwards, the girl went a head and prepped a whole apology meal for Noe. It was honestly a lot of food, but her brain told her to go big or stay hidden for the rest of your life and think about what she did. She prepped a whole bunch of food, from karage, some curry rice with the rice shaped like a little bear, a side salad, some candy and she even went as far as making him his own little personal strawberry shortcake. Now the only problem was, she wasn't 100% sure where he was. She didn't know if he worked today or if he was off and just sitting at home. Either way, she didn't wanna ask cuz it was supposed to be a surprise! Taking her chances, Emi figured she'd stop by Cat's Meow first before having to awkwardly text him for his address if he wasn't there.
Emi had walked in with a big tote bag holding all of the food, her eyes looking around a bit anxiously. "Oh man... what if he doesn't wanna see you now? That really was super awkward yesterday..." It took her a few minutes, but she finally found Noe! She bit her bottom lip anxiously and twiddled her thumbs. What now? Her anxiety was thru the damn roof! She took a deep breath and basically rushed on over there. Since he wasn't with a customer just yet, Emi basically snatched his hand and pulled him over to the nearest empty aisle to hand him the tote bag. [ I'm really really REALLY sorry for yesterday. I... I completely understand if you don't wanna see me again after that... b-but don't be too mad at Isa! He just really worries about me is all... ] Showing him the phone, poor Emi could barely make eye-contact. Instead she kept her eyes on the ground, although tears were nearly about to form. What if that really did send him off, though? She'd honestly be devastated if she lost someone cuz of that.

╀ ╁ ╂N o e ۞ S e o n╀ ╁ ╂ Just as he as about to wipe the counter, he felt a sudden hand grab and yank him. "Wha!" It caught him off guard for sure! Next thing he knows, he is in a secluded isle with...Emi! But why does she look like she was about to cry and...the text? What? Noe examined her, making sure what he was seeing was real, he relaxed his face a bit, and placed his left hand tot he side of her face, and gently motioned it so that she would be looking at him. "Emi I-...." He started. "I'm not mad at you.." He softly chuckled. "But with your expression, it's really hard to contain myself." Noe leaned in closer to her. "I could just ravish you." He teased, but went back to a more serious note "If anything, I was worried I was making advances that you didn't want or like." Which was true, he was a bit worried he might have scared her off, and that roommate of hers would have more reasons to hate him. "Besides. Your roommate is kinda hot" He went back to teasing again with a small smirk. He noticed the little container she had brought with her, and it smelled amazing. "So what did you bring that smells ever so tasty?"

Hearing that he wasn't mad at her brought a sense of relief to the small mute. It helped calm her anxious mind for a little bit... well at least until he started teasing her again. A faint pink hue covered her cheeks as she silently chuckled before typing again. [ Well it is sorta my fault for jumping the gun so quick. sweatdrop I didn't even think twice about giving you my first kiss. ] Oh well. It's not like she regretted it, honestly. Hearing his comment on Isa's looks made the girl smirk teasingly. [ I'll be sure to let him know~ ] She already knew that her mama was good lookin'! Whenever the two went out she was pretty quick to pick up on all of the admiring stares he got. People either were intimidated by him or lovestruck for his bad boy looks. Putting her attention on the food she made, Emi pulled the multiple containers of food she had for him. [ I sorta went overboard on this, too. I'm not sure you'll like it, but I made some karage, curry rice, and baked a little strawberry shortcake just to make up for yesterday emotion_sweatdrop Sorry if it's a lot...! ] Emi smiled a bit sheepishly as she handed over the tote bag with all the food. Hopefully he liked it all or else she'd feel bag again for making stuff he didn't like.

Vintag3Tacit ╀ ╁ ╂N o e ۞ S e o n╀ ╁ ╂ Holding the bag open to see the container's with the food she mentioned, he wanted to eat it right then and there. his made him feel...happy. Someone went out of their way (even if it's not like that) to bake, and cook a meal for him, when all he is use to is; being told what to do, getting scraps for a meal, or you know, devouring souls who couldn't fulfill a contract. Which reminded him of his current situation. This already placed a sour taste in his mouth, but he didn't let it show. Instead, he leaned forward and planted a gentle kiss on the right side of Emi's cheek. "Thank you Emi." He said very soothingly. "I'm sure I'll enjoy every bite, since you're the one who made it." As cheesy as that sounded, he meant it. Whatever this human girl was doing to him, was working. He isn't use to any of this human culture stuff, but he understood feelings, and he liked Emi enough to maybe, just MAYBE not use her as a meal ticket outta here......maybe.
