Alrighty! And yeah, it does suck. :T I kind of agree and disagree. To be fair, all of the sites you named do have moderators. They just don't make themselves as public as GaiaOnline does. That and Gaia was primarily made as a kid-friendly basis. I think what they need to realize is that people over the age of 13 are the ones that use the site - more so those between 17 and 22. So what we see as "freedom of speech", they see as "inappropriate" at times. Which is understandable. They're looking to make sure that kids are safe and the site itself is friendly. But some mods just take it a little too far. I had a friend get her account banned for something she did 4+ years ago.
Other than that, Kumiko already has a second account. It was how she was letting me know what was going on. But I'm sure she'd rather lay low and see if she can get it fixed before continuing on posting. Especially if, and I've seen this with one of our members AnnoyedPanda, if they spot the same activity under a different account, they can ban that account for trying to move around the first ban. That part was always odd to me since they tell you to make a mule account if you want to file an appeal for the first ban. But! I digress.
She's working on it and I'll keep you guys updated.

Sucks to hear that! And yeah, people do get banned over some silly
stuff from years ago. It's happened to my main account, though reaching
out to mods and the site's tickets would rectify that. They won't really
be able to get to her right away since there are a lot of other tickets
though I'm sure she may be able to get her account back soon!
As for posting activity, I've continued on with this account what
my original account had started and nothing bad happened to me
in particular o: But ah, if she does want to be on the safe side,
laying low sounds like the better option haha.

Oh hi I'm back. Lol as I told Yumi, I pretty much lost all hope on getting my account back, so I'll be continuing on with this account from now on.
And hey, if I get my old account back, cool. But I'll just stick with this one.
Anyway, if yall would like, seeing as we've missed days of roleplaying potential,
then we can just wait for the day change. I dont mind either way. I'm just sorry that it had to happen in the middle of our rp sweatdrop
