It all depends on the couple. And how many mental issues each of the siblings has the situation.
I was against it, but then I fell in love with Angel Sanctuary, which, while not yaoi, (well, it can be construed as shonen ai in some parts by fans...) deals with incest. So now my ethics are entirely situational.
You see how anime corrupts my mind?!

::I'm fine with incest, as long as it's not boy/girl. I'm sorry, but inbreeding brings nothing good to this world. If they practice safe sex, go for it! I don't really have any right to say it's wrong or not as long as it's consensual.
Besides; Fred/George, Hikaru/Kaoru, Grimmcest, Elricest, and Uchihacest is love!
I would never dream of pairing up real people, though, but I don't like to pair up real people anyway (and yes, that includes actors and actresses).::

Kinda depend on the pairing...
Like I like Host Club HxK twinsest... but I can't stand like Uchihacest or SessyxInu-cest
I think it's cause with those two pairings the charaters hate each other
where the Twins are really close...
tho I really love like faux incest... like step brothers and stuff X3

I like the sibling, cousin stuff, but NO WAY with the mother-daughter mother-son father-son father-daughter stuff. I mean, there's a love about that that can only be twisted if it's any different, while there's nothing too unusual about falling for someone your age, even if it's a little different when it's your sibling or cousin. I think it's cute, especially between guys <3

I used to loathe incest, but then I discovered Ouran High School Host Club... and it's impossible not to love the twins. They're my favorite pairing. ;_; And I also like Angel Sanctuary (have for a while, actually). So now I'm a hypocrite. Although I still hate Uchihacest and Elricest (and I'm not even going into Inuyasha, because I just hate it in general). I went through a short obsession over Fred/George... I'm also halfway through The Vampire Lestat, and well... Lestat turns his mother into a vampire right before she dies and they sorta become lovers. So I'm in conflict over incestuous relationships. I actually used to have a crush on my cousin when we were little... x_x;

I know that at one time I stopped over here and said that I didn't like incest... but I was converted a while ago to Uchihacest, so... yeah... scratch that comment. razz
