Yeah. It's not that bad though. I only get my 'p' and 'q' confused and my 'b' and 'd' confused. And if I'm spelling something in my head and stuff, I tend to skip either the 2nd or 3rd letter. And when I'm reading, sometimes I used to take letters out of a word, and make it a different one. Like the word country, I would read it as county.

I've skipped entire words when writing before. It makes a sentence seem very confusing. I mainly just swap letters around while typing.
