Senel, my RPC has S+ Ranked Speed, so they wouldn;t really be able to react to his speed in all honesty and they were only NPCs, my RPC is future leader of Akatsuki, I'm sure for a future leader that feat isn't so hard.

xDD NPCs are really going to be anything special. If you didn't notice Genin took on Jounin level tasks so, a Chunin in level or maybe a jounin, if they are as gifted as Neji. Could also defeat Anbu and jounin level characters. For example, Kiba and Akamaru taking on the double headed b*****d.

@ Blaq: If what you're saying is true then anyone in the guild that was here pre-skip should be able to go to other village's and slaughter numerous guards without much effort at all, no?
@ Drew: Still ANBU are supposed to be elite guards of the village so taking out several without breaking a sweat at the age of sixteen is a bit godish. Considering Nagato might have been in his mid-late thirties and having that much time to hone his ability he still had to construct a plan just to get into the village all at once.

Vent, all the shinobi with the curse seals where nothing special. Instead made to be, the twin's where not much of a threat to begin with. Just pathetic Kiba and Akamaru had so much trouble with them. If anything showed how weak they could be and in the same breath what they were indeed capable of.
Either way Senel this just makes things interesting for when we get there; its done so kinda pointless to argue about it, despite it does point out that the npc will be easy to fool and or defeat.
