Tam chews his lip with a heartfelt sigh. "Kero, why were you acting out with her that day... for that was hat you were doing, weren't you... was something going on at home or did you feel sick or something... or did you have a momentary burst of insanity? How many pranks did you pull... and to snap at her, of all people... yep... I'd say you deserved it, from her point of view."

Tam holds up a hand with a small moonstone ring on it as a warning and Kero's mouth closes with a snap.
"I told ye tht all the priests and monks at the temple are warrior trained, did I not?" says Tam with a laugh, not saying a word about the waring, knowing he didn't need to.

Tam grumbles about the fairness in that race then happens to glance behind him. "Um... Kero... ye better fill that tunnel in the first chance ye get... if ye came in a straight line ye've undermined the jail and several home foundations. Wouldn't want our neighbors angry with us because ye've caused their houses to collapse... or the sheriff to get on our case because some of his prisoners have escaped."
