--Me and Jimmy Urine. He gave me a robot hug right before this photo. He said, "Beep Beep, I'm a robot" then he hugged me. There was an orange cone separating us, and he was like, "What the ******** is this?" I said, "I dunno, man."
--Me and Lyn-Z, the bassist of MSI. I look so horrible. This was after the concert. I had been rained on for an hour while waiting in line for the show, then I was front row for the entire thing.
--Me and Chantal, the lead singer of Morningwood, and Jimmy Urine's wife. She was such a sweetheart. I said, "I'm a huge fan of Morningwood. I love you guys!" And she replied, "Aww, I love you too!"
-- Me and Steve, Right? The guitarist of Mindless Self Indulgence. Steve is super nice in person. Unlike a lot of musicians, he'll take the time to talk to you. We talked about DragonCon and costumes on Saturday, then he remembered us on Sunday.
--Me and Gerard Way, the lead singer of My Chemical Romance. I was waiting in line to see MSI. I decided to go get some water, so I wouldn't be dehydrated for the show. Well, I was walking behind this couple, and I thought, "Huh, the girl in front of me looks a lot like Lyn-Z from MSI." She turns the corner, and I'm like, "HOLY CRAP! IT IS LYN-Z!!! AND THE GUY BESIDE OF HER IS GERARD WAY!" (The two are married). So I go get my friend, and he asks Gerard for a picture. We meant to get a pic with both of them, but as I'm going to take the picture, Lyn-Z says, "If you want in the photo, I don't mind taking it." So me, my friend, and Gerard get a picture taken by Lyn-Z of MSI.
--Lyn-Z on stage. She remembered me onstage, pointed to me and said something, then winked. I have no idea what she said.
Jimmy tried to feed me pizza onstage. No way am I eating pizza from Jimmy Urine.
And last but not least:
--Voltaire! I met him as well, but I didn't get a photo with him. He was super nice, and hilarious live. His girlfriend was nice too. She complimented my t-shirt. I got a cd signed by him.
