 Jadepaw [Shocked at not being scolded for being nosy, or something of the like, all Jadepaw could do was nod and continued to follow Firestorm.]

 FireStorm entered the training hollow with Jadepaw. *ok. so first hunting then fighting. we will do a little bit of both today. ill have to see which one my apprentice is better at.* he thought. "ok so lets begin shall we?"

[I shuddered and slunk between her two massive forepaws. Her muscles were tight and strong. How could I have doubted her sanity?]
"Silverstar," I moaned, "what would happen if a leader got the madness? No one could kill them...they'd be...terrible murderers...without meaning to!"
[I shuddered.]
"I had a dream, Silverstar," I said. "I think Nightstreak has the Madness. I can sense his malice, even in my dreams..."
[Then I gasped.]
"Darkclaw! Darkclaw has it too!" I cried. "He's coming! He's coming!"
[My eyes were wide open, terrified. I whipped my head around, searching for him. Then I muried my nose in my leader's coat.
Her scent washed away my fear. I drew strength from it.
It was then that I realized how well Silverstar fit her leader's duty. She remained calm in a time of panic, and thought most of her clan and only for her clan.
I sighed and closed my eyes.
StarClan willing we all become like her one day...]

 IceStorm turned around. "SilverStar are you...." IceStorm never finished her sentence. she saw thunderpaw and SilverStar. waves of fear rolled of thunderpaw. she padded over to the apprentice. "It's ok. don't worry everything will be fine." she whispered to the apprentice. IceStorm didnt have much of an idea of what was going on all she knew was that the apprentice was scared.

[Darkclaw stumbled through the forest.
He had wandered from NightClan all the way to the StormClan hunting grounds.
His mouth, still dripping with the blood of the squirrel he mauled back on NightClan territory, dripped with white foam.
As he wandered, he heard far-off meowing. He flicked his ears. Two words shot through his insane mind:
Prey.
And then the mouth-watering
Blood.
He stumbled toward the sound, a low growl in his throat.
He emerged from the bushes into the StormClan training hollow.
There was a cat, fiery red, with a smaller black cat.
His eyes fixed upon the smaller one. Easier. Smaller. Weaker.
With a loud roar, he barreled toward the young apprentice, with the intent to kill.]
(( Jadepaw, he's attacking you! : o Don't kill him yet, though, let him get away. But you can fight him awesomely before you do if you want <3 ))

FireStorm saw a nightclan cat wander into the training hollow. *what the.... never mind that Jadepaw!* FireStom burst into an attack. "looks like we will start attack training instead of hunting." he tore the cat off his apprentice and threw him against a tree. "are you alright?" he asked his apprentice. FireStorm was surprisingly calm during all of this.

[Darkclaw lurched. White foam dripped from his mouth in a never-ending river.
He snarled once more, and barreled again towards Jadepaw without giving the apprentice a chance to speak.]

FireStorm attacked once more. *this will prove to be difficult.* Jadepaw moves away from her original position. "Jadepaw! climb!" Jadepaw quickly is able to climb to one of the branches. FireStorm strikes a blow into the cats stomach. making the cat move backwards. FireStorm moves quickly near the tree stump where Jadepaw had climbed.

 [Silverstar was taken aback by her apprentice. She immediately recovered. She could see the admiration in Thunderpaw's eyes. She let the apprentice rest on her, but then she hadr yowling from afar. Icestorm, Thunderpaw, and Silverstar all snapped their heads up.] "The training hollow!" [Silverstar took off toward the hollow, Thunderpaw and Icestorm hard on her heels. She raced through the trees, barely avioding them. She heard an earsplitting screech right as they skidded in. Darkclaw and Firestorm were battling. Jadepaw was up in a tree. On instinct, she threw herself into the fight.] "NightClan scum! Get out of our territory!"

Jadepaw [They were just about to start practicing hunting, when Jadepaw caught a strange scent on the breeze. Firestorm looked up, his eyes widened and then looked at her. Before Jadepaw knew what happened, a cat much bigger then her, and foaming at the mouth, was pinning her down to the ground. She struggled to get free, and just as the cat took a snap at her neck, Firestorm leapt forward and threw him against a tree. He spoke to Jadepaw, who was in shock, frozen, and couldn't answer. Firestorm leapt at the ferocious cat once again, and Jadepaw staggered to left, towards the trees. Firestorm hissed at her.] "Jadepaw! climb!" [Jadepaw shook herself back into reality and hurried up the tree onto a low branch so she could watch what was happening. Please don't let Firestorm get hurt!! She watched with wide eyes as Firestorm swiped at the cat, causing it to fall back towards the other side of the hollow. Once he was sure the cat was down, he looked up at Jadepaw, who was crouched low on the branch.] "F-Firestorm! What was that all about?!" [Several other cats had joined the cats now, though, Jadepaw couldn't tell who. They were all moving so fast.]

 Moonkit[She had left Firestorm and Jadepaw and was now padding around camp, bored.
When suddenly loud noises drilled their way into her ears.]
[Thunderpaw, scrabbling and huge waves of fear rolling off him.
To her, it sounded like he was meowing out nonsense.
But another noise hit her strongly from the forest.]
Hmmm, screeching? she thought.
[Just then Silverstar raced out of camp towards the noise.
Curious, she swung her head out the camp entrance and closed her eyes.
She could hear hissing or spit coming from a cat's mouth.
And Jadepaw and Firestorm fighting! Worried, she paced around camp.
Knowing that now of all times, if she tried to help she would be in deep trouble.]

[Silverstar glanced at Moonkit.] "Get Starpelt!!" [She yowled. Moonkit nodded hurriedly. Silverstar pounded on, ready to face the NightClan attacker. She quickly surveyed the situation. Perfextly calm, she called direction.] "Thunderpaw! Defend Jadepaw! Firestorm, lure him over here! Icestorm, get behind him! Silverclaw, back Icestorm up! Surround him!" [All cats scurried to their places. Nightstreak was surrounded, he had to be killed. He would ravage th forest if he wan't.] "We must k-k-kill this cat!" [Silverstar stuttered, then regained calm.] "Now!' [Jadepaw leapt down from the brach, and Thunderpaw dashed out. They was a frenzy of claws and hissing, then it seemed as if everything stopped...]

Moonkit[Moonkit dashed to Starpelt's den.]
"Starpelt! Silverstar and some others are in a battle with a frenzied cat!" she meowed as she burst in.
[Quickly, remembering all those times she watched Starpelt in her den, she grabbed some cobweb, dock and goldenrod - for the worst cases of injury.]
[Knowing Starpelt was right behind he,r she ran in the forest, her senses branching out in all directions.]

FireStorm saw all the cats had gathered. glad to be joined back together. IceStorm brushed her pelt against FireStorm's. the two of them moved fast as they circled the NightClan cat. hissing, and growling. FireStorm twitched his tail at Jadepaw. "are you alright?" he asked his apprentice.

Jadepaw [Jadepaw nodded stiffly at Firestorm, while being sure to keep behind Thunderpaw at all times. Fear coursed through her veins as Icestorm joined the fight, circling the Nightclan cat. Jadepaw looked at the cat that had attacked her more closely. Foaming at the mouth, a crazed look in his eyes. Could this be what happens to cats infected with the Madness? Not really wanting to find out, she continued to maneauver herself so she was on Thunderpaw's flanks, as far for the cat as possible.]
