No...an amulet I was working on failed...He was looking at it, and I grabbed him and rolled over him, to keep him safe...that's all, we're fine, and I need to check him over, so if we could have a little bit of time, please?

It was a crystalis amulet...a sunlight drinker...used as flashlights...I invented them...the light you saw was concentrated sunlight...and there's no way you could fix it, I'm afraid...but don't worry about it...I can make another.

They're not dangerous when they're finished...the one you touched wasn't done yet...I had to seal the magic in, and needed to go do something...at that stage, just breathing on them too hard will cause that reaction, so...yeah.
Now, I am going to make that into a rule...if you see something of mine...ask before you touch it, okay? I'll try not to leave dangerous stuff out, but I do want you to exercise caution as well...
