I know Leon is likely being the troublemaker he is and skating through town at breakneck speeds like a maniac. How about the the streets of Etoile, or the streets of uptown Soleil, actually any streets convenient to you? Kalistia is currently exploring the city to find anything that she likes, so she is very likely to be travelling everywhere.
