Yesterday I was looking at all the flowers in bloom around here and wishing there could be a theme that would allow me to take photos of them. So I looked at the themes and Confetti fit the bill!
This is the first time I'm used photography for this challenge. My original idea was to gather up different flower petals and get a picture of them falling, but I could not find a setting on my camera to take multiple pictures very quickly, so that idea turned out to be impossible for me to do. Instead, I scattered them on the ground and used macro shots. I think it worked out well.
It took a little while to gather everything and try different things. In the end I was laying on my side in the sun on hard concrete trying to get good pictures. My stupid camera goes off if I don't do something in, like, five seconds, so I kept having to turn it back on and wait for it to come on, then take a picture, move it into the shade so I could see it, then repeat everything from different angles. Kind of annoying, but I'm satisfied.
