Does he have to be gay? ;n; He will remain gay, however, I promise you, he will remain with both of them, until he is sent away by his mistresses. He will be by their sides, obeying every (rational) command given by the either of them.
I'm doing this roleplay because it's fun, and also, it needs those less serious characters (Grell xDD). I like to include everyone. Since Sebastian is your characters' butler, he will do his utmost best to follow every order. <:
