After feeding on both the bodies and souls of the multitude of rats which lived in the old inn, Roga had grown abnormally large and powerful. In a matter of a few hours, the Copperhead had become the size of a python, now over 20 feet long. His demonic desires had got the best of him while trapped in the instinct-driven serpentine/ killing machine. Roga felt something was wrong but his apprehensions were overruled by his overwhelming craving. Roga had most likely cleansed the upstairs of all vermin, but thankfully his lust finally subsided.

The bandages no longer trailed behind the large snake as he slithered down the stairs. Upon coming to the first floor, he noticed a few new faces but proceeded past them. He broke through the front door, and traveled to the graveyard once again. He thought 'Its time to shed this skin and find something more suitable for my renewed demonic powers.'

Suika looked over to Finn as he asked who Suwako was "She's another person at the inn don't let her looks fool you she's actually a demi-goddess" Suika replied "She was injured in a previous battle but is finally coming around so when she gets up we're throwing a party for her" Suika added cheerfully

Ruby frowns softly realizing that room 18 wasn’t available. “Can I have a room facing the forest please?” she says and looks at the new girl as she talks to Ms. Willow, it was the voice that she heard earlier. Looking at the relief of both of their faces made Ruby smile. Happy that someone made it out of a hard coming, hearing word of a party she tilts her head just a little. Seeing a man in the corner of her eyes as he reaches to grab his key’s she moves slightly so he may have more room at the desk. She looks at the man as he speaks of the party and the person called Suwako. Wondering his questions herself she just doesn’t speak out loud. She takes in another sniff in the air and her head turns as she smells the demon form before but can’t seem to find the being that crossed her path before. Smelling reptile with the demon sent made her look dawn as the tail left the room heading out. She questions the crew she is now with in this ghost town. She observes the characters before her. She need to get to know them before she starts her own search in Blackthorn Hallow.

Willow glanced quickly at her guest log, trying to figure out which rooms were facing the forest. Finally, she looked up. "Uh..." she mumbled, "The even-numbered rooms are facing the forest. Room 8B is free, if you'd like that one." Quickly, Willow skimmed over the list yet again, checking to make sure that what she had said was correct.

While waiting for the girl to answer, she heard a crack, and looked up to see a large snake sliding through the front doors. Soon, it dissappeared, leaving them hanging awkwardly on their hinges. She raced over, eyes wide and face pale. "Why?!" she cried, and pulled anxiously at her hair.

The doors themselves were not broken, but they had been thrown open with such force that they were thrown askew. Willow grit her teeth, and shook her hair, hoping to shake away the image, but it didn't go away. When that snake came back, he was going to get it.

"Something wrong Will?" Suika asked noticing the expression on Willow's face as she saw the snake leave

Willow turned around, failing her arms helplessly in the air. Why Suika even needed to ask was a mystery to her, but she responded anyway. "The snake unhinged my doors!" She wailed, shaking her head sadly. "My poor doors," she patted one of the doors, almost looking sympathetic, "I'm so sorry, you poor things. That snake will definately get a piece of my mind when he gets back. No matter what shape he's in."

"Easy there Willow, I can fix your door's easily, and a snake? maybe Suwako's?" Suika replied looking at the door "Give me a hammer and a screwdriver and i'll have these fixed good as new" Suika added her hand on the door hinges as she calculated the damage

Willow stood up, nodding. It was probably best to hold it in than make herself look like a fool in front of everyone. She did her best to compose herself, and wandered back over to the desk, where she began to rummage around in one of the bottom drawers. After a moment, she pulled out a hammer and some nails, along with a small screwdriver and a couple of screws.

She handed them off to suika with an embarrassed look, "Thanks, " she mumbled, "I've never fixed something like this, so..."

"Now worries, this will just take a few minuets to readjust the hinges and put the door on right" Suika replied as she start to take the door completely off and using the hammer she bent the hing back into shape putting it back on and the the door "there that should work" Suika stated swinging the door open and closed making sure it worked

"Thanks Suika," Willow mumbled. She was not used to thanking people, and didn't like the feeling of relying on someone other than herself, but at least the door was fixed, and they would all be much safer that way. She settled down at her desk once again, hoping to regain some normality by being somewhat quiet.

She returned her attention once again to her customers, and realized that she had ignored the dragon girl during her troubles with the door. She turned to both of the new guests, trying to keep the embarrassment from showing on her face. "Can I get both of your names? I'll need them so I can keep a proper register."

A very muddy and dirty Roga returned to the inn. His body was recognizably smaller, thus clothing and bandages were a bit looser and sagged across the ground. The snake had become quite accustomed to Roga and remain with him; coiling itself around his waist and head resting on Roga's shoulder. The filthy demon smelled of death and hoped that the inn had indoor plumbing; he really needed a bath.

As he returned back to the inn, he waved at Suika, who was fixing the door. The demon looked at her oddly and waved but continued past her, tracking mud into the inn. He gently rubbed the snake's head, nursing it to sleep. Roga spotted the Innkeeper and avoided eye contact. As if he learned from his reptilian friend, he tried to 'slither' his way back to his room unnoticed.

Willow stood up; Roga's attempts at subtlety had not worked. "Oi!" she yelled, doing nothing to hide the anger and annoyance in her voice, "Roga! You cannot just wander into my inn, breaking doors and tracking mud everywhere! You get over 'ere right now and clean this mess up! If I catch you trapsing around all covered in mud again, there'll be hell to pay; and you can be sure of that." Angrily, she motioned to a mop and bucket that resided in one of the corners of the room; "Clean it up," she repeated, and sat back in her chair, seething.

Just then there was some stumbling coming down the stairs as Suwako slowly dragged herself into the room, she hadn't gotten use of her arm back and had very little energy as she slumped down on a nearby easy chair "What, did I miss?" Suwako asked as her even showed how tired she was as she had to catch her breath

The demon was extremely disappointed that his strategy didn't work. He looked at her and gave his full attention to every word she said, nodding often until she finished. Roga hesitated to reply, but tried to reason with the irate and annoyed innkeeper," Yes madam, I completely understand. I will get right to it but....may I take a shower first and wash my clothes?? *gesturing to his body and the dirt which covered it*....madam??"

As Roga ventured closer to the corner, the innkeeper seemed to radiate pure anger. The snake hissed at her, but Roga disciplined it (smacked it on the head). He quickly nullified his earlier suggestion,"Eh, you know what I'm just gonna take that shower later, dont worry about it. *He dipped his feet in the bucket to rid them of dirt*" He walked slowly grabbed the mop and began cleaning. As Suwako sat down, he smiled slightly, knowing that she was better.

Willow regarded Roga coldly as he began to clean up the mess he had made, narrowed eyes following his every move, making sure that he wouldn't try to sneak away again. Finally, after watching him for a couple of moments, she was satisfied enough to trust him to do his work.

When she turned around, she realized that Suwako had entered the room. She seemed a little unsteady on her feet, but it was obvious that she was a lot better than before. Quickly, Willow glanced at Suwako's arm, which was no longer black, but still seemed to be stiff. "Hey Suwako," she said, "It looks like you've gone and healed up. Do you want me to fetch you anything to eat?"
