Auto-ranking for a kage means they select one member, to become a jounin or an anbu. However, each village only gets one. Tonight is the night we become Great! The Stars are what gave us away!

Those who begin a higher rank do get to auto-learn some jutsu. After all, what does it say about a village, when the most amazing feat their Kage can do is a transformation technique? Take solace in the fact that sometime, those OCs will pass away, and they'll have to start bottom wrung just like everyone else did, Sin. Tonight is the night we become Great!
