(Time for a little adventure! You'll understand what I'm doing if you've played Four Swords Adventures)
Kaya felt as if a bolt of lightning hit her. "Sora we need to leave now!" She said as she grabbed him by his hand and dragged him outside.
"What's going on? Sora asked confused.
"We're in danger! I can feel it!" Kaya said and whistled for Luna to come. They both mounted Luna as she rode off.
"Kaya, what's going on!" Sora asked confused. "What about the others?"
"I don't know, but they'll be fine. Right now it's us that's in danger!" She said as Luna ran at top speed out of Kakariko.
I feel it too, Kaya! Luna said to Kaya.
Suddenly a small geyser blew Kaya off of Luna and she fell onto the ground. There was a shadow monster; a long shadow arm that grabbed her and dragged her down into shadow. After that she was gone.
"Kaya!" Sora shouted, but it was no use. She belonged to the shadows.

"Are you alright, Opal?| Vaati asked as he gripped the stone and brought it to his mouth. All he had to do is speak into it. "Um, Silver... I need a little bit of help. The Shadows attacked again."

(Damn them floor masters. I stayed the hell away from them if I could.)Opal - Wind's Child____________________Opal nodded, stand up. "Of course I'm fine." She said, but as soon as she stepped forward she winced and crouch down clutching her ankle. "Alright, maybe I'm not okay..." She muttered. She looked at her foot seeing it swelling a bit and sighed. Great... She thought to herself. Josline - Future Girl____________________Josline lifted up her head, looking towards the village. There was shouting and movement as she saw Kaya and Sora running away from the village. But in a flash Kaya was pulled in the shadows. "NO!" Josline shouted, but before she could reach them, Kaya was gone. "Damn!" she shouted. Silver - The Hopeless Elf____________________Silver's ears perked, she smiled softly and took Arious hand. Warping them both to Opal's room. "How did they attack Vaati?" She said the moment she appeared by his side. She noticed Opal kneeling on the ground and wondered if she was alright.

"She tripped... maybe she..." Vaati yawned, almost falling asleep again from the poison. It was gradually beginning to annoy him. He didn't get to finish his sentence before he passed out, rather than falling asleep.

Opal - Wind's Child____________________Opal looked at Vaati in worry. She tried to stand up, but the pain in her ankle increased, making her wince again. It was impossible for her to walk, but she made it over to Vaati's bed before she whimpered in pain. She managed to sit down next to him, the pain in her ankle decreased once she had gotten the weight off of her foot. Silver - The Hopeless Elf____________________Silver almost laughed, Vaati was somehow harmed, and so was Opal. But the girl was so stubborn for the man that she would even harm her own being just to get to him. Vaati was exhausted, and knowing him, he hadn't been doing much. It had to been the shadows, they somehow poisoned a drink or something that weakened Vaati. "Don't worry about him Opal..." She muttered to the little girl as she knelt down next to the bed, she pulled out a bottle as it had a small healing fairy in it. She released it and the fairy flew over and circled around Vaati, clearing him of the poison. "Now, let's see that ankle..." She said, but remembered that she was horrible at healing inside wounds like broken bones or twisted ankles. There wasn't much she could do. "I'm sorry Opal, but can I ask you to at least stay off this one? So it doesn't get worse?" Silver asked as Opal nodded.

"She just needs to stay off it and elevate it to keep it from swelling up any further. She just needs ice now... and Vaati has to wake up and get off her bed." Elzo said with a sigh.

Silver - The Hopeless Elf____________________Silver crackled her knuckles, standing and lifted Vaati off of Opal's bed. She warped from Opal's room to Vaati's, setting him on his bed and returned to them. "Alright Opal, you heard Ezlo. Just stay off of it and-" she said cutting herself off and creating ice out of thin air. She made a cloth appear and wrapped up the ice in it. She placed it on Opal's ankle as a bandage appeared as Silver wrapped it around her ankle and the ice to keep it steady. "Keep this on your ankle. Now just take it easy alright?" She finished her sentence and looked at her sternly, the little girl nodded her head and Silver smiled. She put an arm around her back lifting her up gently and placing her on the bed. "Ezlo, you'll keep an eye on her right? Make sure nothing disturbs her, and that she doesn't go making any visits to Vaati." She said, Opal whined but Silver shook her head. "No but's Opal." She said, almost sounding like a mother. Opal - Wind's Child____________________Opal sighed, she hated it when she felt like she was completely useless. And now she couldn't even go see if Vaati was alright. That was the only thing that was bugging her, but she nodded slowly. "Yes Ma'am..." She muttered, lying back as Silver pulled the blankets up to her chin. "Just rest for now, I'll come back to check to see if the swelling goes down." She said turning and leading Arious out of the room who was looking intently out the window.

"Opal, I'm sure he'll come visit you when he wakes up. He shoudl be alright, the poison wouldn't be fatal." Ezlo attempt to make her feel better. He knew she would be worried about Vaati, so all he could do was to convince her to not worry about him.

"Kaya!" Sora shouted again. He was ready to jump off of Luna when he heard. It's too late! We need to leave or you'll suffer the same fate! We're almost there!
Sora looked at Luna. "You can talk?" He said astounded.
Of course I can talk to you! We're creatures of the same forest; the same magic flows through us. She said as she ran. They were in Hyrule Field now, far enough away from Kakariko to be safe.
Kaya looked around. The hand had dropped her off in an all too familiar setting. She was at Kakariko! Only, she knew it wasn't. Everything looked wavy and dark; as if a thick cloud blanketed the sky. Kaya was scared. She only saw a few people, but they were children just like her. But a closer look would reveal that they weren't human. No, they were shadows! Kaya ran through the village looking for a friendly face, but there was none. Finally, she went behind a building and wept. "Luna, Sora, Jos, Taka, Opal! Anyone!" But the only ones who heard her were the shadows.
(This is a twist on the Maiden's Village from Four Swords Adventures when the kids were all kidnapped into the Dark World. I put a little twist on it that if they stay there too long they become shadows and cannot return to the world of light.)

Taka saw the same thing as Jos. He felt as if his heart was shattered right then and there. Then he shook it off and tightened his grip on Jos' hand. "Let's go! We have to follow them!" He said running in their direction. He used his free hand to make a loud whistle and Laputa appeared in the distance.

"Moon, I will be right back." Akia said as she transported to the shadow realm in Kakariko. "Kaya! Kaya come here! I'm here to take you back! " Akia yelled as she walked through the streets.

(Wait, how exactly did she know Kaya was there? O.o Also, this isn't the Twilight Realm, it's the Dark Realm, I probably should have made that clear... Also, could we just have Kaya not be rescued for a while? I have a few plans with this; let's have fun! It's not like we have too many other exciting things going on in the story right now.)
