私は２０歳で、名前はMatthewと言います。よろしくお願いします。
中学校の一年生の学年中日本語を勉強し始めたんですけれど、初めて日本へ行くときは高校時代のことでした。
(Watashi ha hatachi de Matthew to iimasu. yoroshiku onegai shimasu
chuugakkou no gakunenchuu nihongo wo benkyou shihajimeta n desu keredo, hajimete nihon he iku toki ha koukou jidai no koto deshita.)
(I am 20 years old and my name is Matthew. It's a pleasure.
I started studying Japanese during my first year of middle school; however, the first time I went to Japan was during my highschool days.)
あの時から日本語が随分下手じゃなくなって、日本人友達にも会う機会が良く出て、ほとんど毎日日本語が使えます。実際、今３人の日本人とルームメートで暮らして、本気で日本語を良く話します。
(ano toki kara nihongo ga zuibun heta ja naku natte, nihonjin tomodachi ni au kikai mo dete, hotondo mainichi nihongo ga tsukaemasu. jissai, ima san nin no nihonjin to ruumumeeto de kurashite, honki de nihongo wo yoku hanashimasu).
(since that time, my Japanese has gotten considerably less bad, I've also had the chance to make many Japanese friends, and I am able to use Japanese almost every day. In fact, I'm living with 3 Japanese guys right now and seriously speak Japanese often).

I love Japan (tower 109 <3 Hachikoo heart ) and i want to learn Japanese, Im from Montreal so my first language is French, sorry for all my mistakes in english ^^''

Konichi wa. Hi, if my name's too long you can call me Freak. Or Unature. Or of. FoU? Whatever; anyway, I'm trying to teach myself Japanese by watching animes in Japanese with English subtitles, but that hasn't gotten me very far. Basically I can say
"Kore wa pen desu" (this is a pen) and "Watashi wa Freak_of_unature desu" (I am Freak_of_unature) and a few random words. And I have both the opening theme songs for Tsubasa chronicles memorized, but I can't always remember what they mean. So, hopefully this will help; Japanese seems like an awesome language.

I'm Joyce, I just joined this guild. I'm currently learning Japanese, I have a private online tutor. I'm having a lot of fun with the language but I think it's more fun to learn together with others so that's why I joined.

I'm Ashley. I plan on moving to Japan after high school (and yes, I have the money. I'm a spoiled little rich girl) and in order to do that I need to know the language. I've been trying to teach myself, but that doesn't really work too well. I'm hoping to learn more through this guild xd

:edit: Heh, sorry. That means: Good evening, everyone. I am KanadajinGaijin.
And I'm not going to risk saying much more than that right now... ^^
I'm a first year Japanese student, major in Eastern Asian studies, and I'm a bilingual Canadian, so I speak French too. So Mikasa, if you really need help getting your point across, maybe I can help. ^^

Hello my first Gaian guild ^_^
I'm Jairius (pronounced Jair-ee-us), been around Gaia for probably a month now, and just found out about guilds.
I've always loved just about everything Japanese, and recently my favorite TV show went there... and I've now made it my goal to travel there before I get too old xp
I'm 18, and I'll be going to college come next springtime. Japanese will be a main focus of mine, even though all my friends say I won't be capable of learning it >.< But I must try!
So again, hi everyone biggrin Hope to make a lot of new friends surprised

I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone here, I am very interested in learning japanese, I don't seem to have alot of time lately to be doing much, but I will try to be on as much as possible, I would like it very much if anyone could tutor me in japanese. XD TY!!!
