Minty Andee Oh! I've only had artichoke hearts. I have read about artichokes though...in Babysitter's Club actually, and always wanted to try them! I cook them the way my mom used to..
Clip off all the sharp thorned edges of the leaves, carefully spread them open so they are easier to stuff...
Breadcrumbs, Garlic and seasoning... an egg or two depending on how many Artichokes you whip up... make little dumplings, small ones enough to stuff between each leaf.. until they become to close in the middle, then just shove a nice ball of the stuffing into the middle... drizzle them with Olive oil..
Take like a small can and fill it with water, salt pepper, whole or crushed garlic cloves place it in the middle of a large large pot ( like a massive stew pot!! )
use it to help hold up the chokes usually 4 fit well into a pot... ) Fill the pot with water and let them come to a good rolling boil, from the boil let that go about 20 minutes before letting them be turned down to a simmer.... keep them covered and cook em for about 2 more hours <3
Once done i serve them with melted Garlic butter to dip the leave and stuffing into <3

That is quite fun too. I love knowing incredibly random facts about people. Oh, I am a terrible stalker. And a shameless one, at that. Constantly reading people's posts in hope of finding something to go on... If it were in real life, I'd be listening to your phonecalls and read your texts. emotion_awesome If I hadn't a craving for flesh, I wouldn't quite be myself. cool

Lady Luck Anon I dare ya ta pick three people, link arms with em, an' skip aroun' singin' "We're off to see the Wizard of Oz" "Did you like my singing earlier that much?" He grins, linking arms with the rabbit before scanning the thread for two more victims forced volunteers. It's a little time consuming with all the snipping and stuffing, but it's so yummy and really filling.
