Just a note to let you know that as soon as I can access my tanks I will restock them. I was planning on restocking them on the 16th, but when I logged in to my grimmykin account there was a little picture symbol where my tank should be. On this account I just have a black screen and comments underneath. sad This has happened before and lasts anywhere from a few days to 2 weeks. Not happy about it, but what can I do? Sorry for any inconvenience.

Nashoba1 Hope everyone has fun that will be away!!! Happy Easter for those being away until then!!! going to put my fishes in berret for few days not feeling well having fever (2-3 days) heart

Sorry for any inconvenience. Yes this used to happen to me a lot, then you clear cookies sign out and back in, you shall then see your tank again...

Also make sure your cache is cleared....that might help biggrin LOL Clearing the cache and deleting the browsing history after logging out was the first thing I tried. Unfortunately it didn't work for me. I did put in a report yesterday, so hopefully it will show back up soon. Thanks for the suggestions though.

Never heard back from my report submission, but my tanks are back, restocked and ready to go. Yay! mrgreen
Again, sorry for any inconveniences caused by this. I had lite fish in my tank and although they don't glow they obviously caused the analyzer to give a false reading that they were. While I don't have any control over that, I do apologize for not knowing it would do this. I just wanted my gift from the overseerer. lol
