I like the symbols of Emily the Strange's cats, but I'm pretty sure they're just made-up.

They're awesome nonetheless, in my opinion.

I used to know how to write basic runes quite freely, but I've forgotten since grade 6. However, we had to create a cryptic writing system in school this year so we could pass on test cheats without the teachers knowing. Me and my friend made it, and photocopied the text translations for our secert "underground cheat mafia". By the end of the day, we could write and translate these cryptics like the back of our hands. Teachers just thought we were just making up some crazy language, little did they know, we were running the biggest cheat smuggling to date. xd Fun, fun, times.

darkXmoon A friend said they might be hebrew or sand script. Sand script? You mean Sanskrit, right?
They're not Sanskrit, Gaelic, runes, Greek, Hebrew, or Egyptian, from what I can tell. They also don't look remotely at all like any kanji I know, or any Korean or Vietnamese symbols.
They look like they *could* be Arabic.

Not Arabic, or no form of Arabic I know. And they're definitely not Kanji. I agree with you on all others as well. Not Sumerian, but I would guess they're from the middle East, Asia, or the Asian subcontinent. They look a bit like Thai. Or, in their general composition. Strong verticles with sharp curves and curls? Definite similarities.
