Vern coughed tree times and blood slightly spilled but it wasn't noticable," But..things sometime have a funny way of turning out...things can change...but there is always a price to things.." Vern said thinking about something else.More likely of the tower.

Roan nodded looking at the man "I would like for things to change very much....the price though allways seems to be high when your messing with fate" he said looking out the window "Ne, vern-kun are you okay?" he said as he listend to the man cough.

" Y-yeah Im fine..." Vern said wiping the blood away from his lips," I'll be back Roan.." Vern said jumping off the window and flying off with his large wings.

Roan nodded watching vern take off into the sky "Ne, vern-kun..your a liar..just as bad as alex-kun, giving it away with stuttering...and blood" he said sighing, wondering why people kept such secrets when it was easier to tell the truth. "Shiningai...wake up soon kay? Let me know your still alive in there" he said walking away from the window and back to the boys bed running his hand through his hair again.

Tohru walked into the hospital, the sterile smell hitting him; he'd long since forgotten what it was like. He felt a bit out of place but ignored it as he walked over to the welcome desk, asking for Shin's room. Wonder how Cody's going to get in. . .

Cody paced around outside, not realy wanting to go in, not yet atleast, he didnt want to see what had happened to shin, if he was in there. He couldnt imagine why though, "Shin...what happend to you" the dog said nervously eventualy just sitting beneath a tree a small sad look on his face.

Tohru nodded after he heard Shin's room and walked towards it, dreading what he would find. He wished Cody could come in, but that would have to wait. When he reached the room, he noted the door open slightly and knocked on it, deciding not to just barge in.

Roan looked to the door hearing someone knock at it "Come in" he said quietly wondeing who it could be, it wasnt likely it was vern, had it been he would have just flown in.

Tohru heard the voice, recognizing it as Roan's and walked in quietly. He smiled a little, though it was a small smile. "Hey. Kindda. . .heard what happened" He looked at Shin on the bed, a small twinge of sadness as he saw the boy's wounds. "How's he doing?"

Roans eyes widened the slightest bit as he saw tohru walk in, not expecting to see the boy "Ne..shin-kun is fine all things considered" he said glancing at the still sleeping boy "Tohru-kun..how did you find out?" he asked curious, sitting back down in the same chair hed slept in looking at the boy.

"Considering how Me, Cody, and Alex were all standing there when Enzai took Shin, it's kind of hard not to expect something like this," Tohru sighed as he stood behind Roan, setting his bag down so it wouldn't be a burden. "Damn. This puts me in a bit of a dilemma." He looked at Shin, a worried look on his face; the boy had, after all, saved him. And he felt guilty being unable to help him. "Has he woken up at all?"

"Not going to tell Alex, even if he tries to force it out of me," Tohru said. He laughed a little at the end comment. "Haven't tried? Not sure if that's a good or bad thing. Probably good. But we've got a worrying dog sitting outside the hospital."

Roan smiled "Thank you tohru, im guessing you have the necklace too dont you?" he said laughing "Alex-kun is smart he will figure things out on his own eventualy, by time he does though I hope that shin will be in better condition" he said looking back to the boy again "Cody will have to wait outside until night time, if the nurses catch him in here now theyl only throw him out..their shifts change at night" he said smiling "Im not sure I want to try and wake him up yet tohru..dont you wish sometimes that you could just make alex sleep, just for awhile" he said shrugging a little.

Tohru pulled out the necklace from his pocket, dangling it up before he folded his arms. "And that's what worries me: when he'll find out," he sighed. "Tried asking if he could come in. They nearly bit my head off. Wonder if Katherine's still around. . .she has a crush on Alex." He laughed a little. "I do wish Alex would sleep. But it's never going to happen unless he collapses from exhaustion."
