He smiled and made his teeth apear longer. A bit of energy for illusion but illusion was easier then really lengthening them. He then started to talk and the illusion on his teeth vanished. "We might actually be related you know. I doubt it, but it's possible." Not that he had ever let himself be detered from killing angels or demons over a simple matter of family blood. But it might reasure her a bit. The amount of fear was getting boreing and he decided to stop trying to intiminate them.

Penelope stood in front of the demon, trying her hardest to hide her, but with her petite phyisque it barely helped at all.

As he spoke to the shy demon, Penelope cut straight to the chase.

"What are you, and what do you want?" she spoke with as much might she could muster.

Those questions was burning deep inside of her, she needed to know. She HAD to know if she was in danger. If grim reapers are killed, they will never come back. They don't go to heaven, hell, or even earth. They disappear from existence completely. She would just become a whisper in the back of minds that knew her. So knowing what he was her top priority.

Darkness this night and chill was the air. It was not odd to see the figure of a woman bundled up, but perhaps it was instead odd that she materialized from the shadows off to her side. "It might a bit late to be conversing with demons." This was all said with a faint smile, her warm honey colored eyes glowing a dim amber as they settled upon the Reaper. Though as they flit to both demons, there was a frown that creased her lips. "I think it is best you moved on. Your Father worries about you. I thought he sent you to tend to a task?" With this said, the woman's eyes flitted and rested finally on Zion.

She did not move at first, but when she did it was a flowing ethereal shift in the air that accompanied it. As if a shimmer were added with each step, or a chime sounded with the brush of her hand through her long hair. She wore a thick coat and a pair of jeans, ordinary to the eye. Though to those there, she was hardly ordinary and the warmth felt from the angel in disguise radiated like a small sun. Her feet barely brush the ground and with purpose does she mean to step between them, but stops, just short of it. "Make your decisions wisely, young one. Your Father watches. /Our/ Father."

The grim reaper turned her head to look at the glowing angel. Penelope should have realized that a holy being was nearing them, but her focus was on the dangerous male in front of her.

"Make your decisions wisely, young one. Your Father watches. Our Father," echoed through her.

"Then you know my sacred task? Do you really know? Because if you really did, you'd know exactly why I'm avoiding my task. God did give us our free will to make decisions," she replied crudely, but not meaning to.

Zion smiled. It was not a happy smile more of an amused one. It had been awhile since had seen an angel. This one seemed to know him. It was possible he suposed. He had killed and fought angels before. Some had nearly killed him. In his experience angels where more dangerous then demons. Demons were less fanatic and cared more about their hides. Angels could be tenatious and would disregard there own life to bring down what they viewed as evil. "And why should he be worried. I'm not here to fight her. Besides it is as she said free will is the golden rule. Which is probably the only reason the accident the caused me occured." He was prepared to defend or attack on a moments notice. He was now outnumbered and had thus his guard was up.

Danielle was beginning to fear the being before them a little less, seeing that he didn't have intent to harm them, at least he hadn't shown it much... Although, he had tried to throw lightning at them... Regardless of this, he hadn't done so, merely satisfied with scaring them, rather than inflicting upon them any physical harm.

She had again peered around the shoulder of her friend at the man, looking up at Penelope, though from the angle could only see about half of her pale face, as she questioned the being bravely, trying to asess the situation and determine where they all stood in the scheme of the situation.

Before he made leave to reply, a glow from somewhere beside them all provided distraction. A whimper left Dani's lips. Reapers were one thing, but angels scared her, definatly. Every time she was near one she felt as though they wanted to end her existance simply for what she was. Her hands started shaking and she held the arm of her friend, linking their arms together on the side farthest from the heavenly being.

Dani didn't like the way the woman spoke. It was obvious that she approved little of Penelope's mingling with those damned beings of which Danielle knew she was one of that the angel referred to.

She was scared... She lacked strength with which to defend herself, and the skill that often comes with such strength. She didn't know what to do, or who's side she should be on. Penelope said she wasn't here for her... So whatever this mission was, it mattered not to Danielle, and the reaper had helped her, cared about her and her well-being. For the time, she was who she would trust.

Penelope heard the reply of the man infront of her but didn't cease staring into the bright eyes of the angel. She wouldn't dare look away. She waited for her reply, faithfully. Hoping maybe that the angel didn't know all the details to her duty that god asked for her. She felt the demon, Dani, holding her arm with one hand then capturing Penelope's arm with her own. Penelope could feel her tremble in fear of this angel, but Penelope tried to reassured her by holding her arm tightly, closer to her cold body. She is not moving one step until the angel answers. But what she wanted to know the most, was the being standing infront of her, amused.

Snow began to fall on this poorly lit street; the most significant light was the angel. Even the moon was hidden behind an omnimious cloud as it pouring rather large flakes of ice. This peculiar snow fall began to gather on the ground quickly, forming a blanket with ease as more ice piled on top of it. The sheet of snow now shallowed the street, hiding the feet of the beings and soon their ankles. Penelope could barely see any of the beings around her for the snow was too heavy, blocking her view to see.

Silence. Snow. Which in turn made the silence more profound. Honey eyes rested for a long time upon Zion, watched his faint movements, the look upon his face. Then did they rest on Dani, her head tilted as the demon seemed to quake.

But it would be Penelope that her eyes rested upon last. Finally, and at great length she spoke amongst the blurring air. "Free will. It is something that those who are free of burdens have, free of duty. It is the greatest gift of the human race. So be it. I can see my words are not wanted here and it has been my place to watch. So be it." The words were thick, and even they seemed to shimmer in the air, warm the night as their sight was slowly stolen from them. Her presence remained, caught there, as if waiting to be sent away.

Zion smiled. She had used a basic power to leave a bit of her presence there. It was normally used to awe mortals but it would work on any being unless you were on guard or just really disliked the speaker. "Much better. Angels are so hard to talk to, all that rightousness." He shook his head as if mocking the angel who had left. "Personally I've found they're closer to demons then they would ever admit." If they were as good as what they claimed to be they would have accepted him. The demons at least had been less hypocritical. He did not voice that thought though.

Penelope blinked after the angel's reply. She saw a slight dust of light floating of where the angel was.

"Much better. Angels are so hard to talk to, all that rightousness. Personally, I've found they're closer to demons then they would ever admit," said the man, boldly.

Penelope could sense that the angel hasn't quite left completely.

"Don't go," said the grim reaper to the angel. "I'm sorry; I was quite rude. Forgive me, angel, for the words in my mouth came out way too harsh."

The snow covered the ground, now almost past everyone's cold ankles. Tiny snow flakes got caught in the blackest of black hair of the reaper; she brushed them away with her petite milky white hand. The night has grown colder by the second, going well below freezing, chilling her to the bone.

Zion looked over at the Grim Reaper. She seemed so frail there in the cold wind. He wasn't sure why but he decided to use a bit of energy to raise the temperature in the visinity. A bit of snow around his feet melted slightly. It would be a drain on his power but not a big enough on to wory about. He raised the heat a bit more. Now it would be slightly tiring. But a warm breeze replaced the cold one. HIs black wing had reapeared with this act of power and seemed to grow. If anyone could see under the illusion they would see the wight wing shivel slightly. That was the way of it. By using demonic power his angelic side begna to fade. It also made him lose his high resistance to holy magic. But if it helped the Grim reaper it would be worth it.

As the air around the group began to heighten in temperature, the snow around them began to melt and formed a puddle, even the snow falling around them turned to rain. Penelope saw the man in front of her using his demonic power to help everyone; she smiled brightly in gratitude. The wind no longer froze her but felt light and calming.

"Thank you...and may I ask your name, oh mysterous one?" she friendly, yet playfully inquired at the man. "Oh and you too my friend, I have yet to know your name," she said to the demon next to her. "I do believe that it's time to introduce ourselves."

He nodded it was indeed time to indroduce him self. Also he wished to know every one name here. Normally he wouldn't bather but he wanted to for some reason. "My name is Haldrezion the nothing. But I prefer Zion." He said as he bowed slightly the black wing touching the wall behind him as he did so.

The grim reaper grinned. Now she knew his name, but still did not know if he was still a threat to her. His wings are something that Penelope has never seen before, one black, one white. But for right now, she decided to let her guard down but still would be ready if he did anything.

"I'm Penelope," she answered politely and waited for everyone else's reply.

But still something was clawing at her, something aching to be finished: her task of killing the most powerful Death Dealer. Penelope knew that she was avoiding the order given from god himself for she did not want to kill anyone, even if he is a murderer.
