But Hey in my opinion I'm going to be sad that its ending in 2009 or 2010. But I'm even happier that they ARE NOT going to stop writing it now. The writers strike hasn't got them thinking of stopping it now. I'm just glad its going to continue biggrin

On one level, it is really sad. I mean, Lost is one of the few T.V. shows I actually enjoy. I think it's thought provoking and well, it's totally original. It'll be sad when it ends. However, I do think that it's best for it to end when it's supposed to. Plenty of stories can be ruined by being dragged out too long. I want Lost to stay awesome forever! mrgreen

this information was really already known, for those of us who followed the podcast. the last podcast was went JJ said that the series would end in the 6th season, unless ABC picks up the Zombie season.

I heard somewhere that the theory is they'll end it with a movie. It'll be the finishing touch on six seasons of mysterious perfection. Of course, maybe I've taken that on as my personal wish.
