Arrrrgh thats a hard one! I'll go with Amazon though cause personally I have never been cheezed by it, whereas I have had issues on Ebay once or twice. However, sometimes Ebay does have those rare and intriguing items... like the Tashigi figure I want >,< Course I can't find them anywhere here even though I want them badly... or maybe its because of that!
