Bees, heights, spiders if I see them suddenly and they're right in front of me, and the dark. Especially when I'm outside in the dark.

Small spaces. I got locked in a cupboard when I was lilttle. I can go in them but only if I know I can get out.

I can't stare in the face of a doll that looks even semi-realistic for too long... that always chills me. I can stand cute patchwork dolls that have been handmade, but I will not go near any dolls that do not have buttons for eyes.

Good gawd. The dark scares me. Especially since my house is teh hugeness, and when it's dark, I'm usually alone.
I hate seeing things. Once when I was cutting myself, I thought I saw a dead kid on the other side of my shower curtain, and I almost screamed.
The number 666 actually terrifies me. Ironically enough, I notice this more than anything else daily.
Being De-nailed.
Stuff that stares at me (magazines, people, dolls, etc.)
Stuff like that.
