It's this.. thing where you hold out both of your hands in front of you, one palm up and one palm down. You switch so the one that was palm up is palm down and vise versa. Then you pull your arms in, keeping them as they are, and extend them again. Once they're extended again, you switch them again, and repeat.
And I just can't do it ;-;
