OK, here's one for you kiddies rofl . I'm 52 and I was hit-on by a 9 (yes, that's 9) year old girl. I hope she isn't any of you guys daughter. So... we were RPing and we were hugging and kissing and like that and I figured I should tell her how old I am before she got too involved. I already knew she was young, because of the way she talked, but I didn't know she was 9 until I checked her profile after that. So anyway, when she found out I'm freaking OLD, she quit playing (good thing, too). I hate to think about what kind of trouble she could get into on here what with all the 13-16 year old pervs on.

I get tired of the queries about children.
Not all of us ladies aspire to be housewives...stuck in a house with screaming kids all day.
I have nothing against "cyber" or naughty RP scenes as long as it's well written and creative, and done with other adults. So I won't be engaging in that on here...but I do frequent a couple of adult MUSHes. And don't take that as a free ticket to proposition me either...i'm very selective. razz I also am taken in RL so people who cross the line get put on my blacklist.
I've had no problems on here really. A couple of boys have tried to come on to me while I was fishing but they were easily brushed off. People asking me for my IM names and stuff like that is a real peeve of mine...another good way to get on my bad side.
If you do fish on here, i'd suggest that you lock the room otherwise you'll have teens coming in trying to get you to cyber and/or date them.

You're a guy though lol They just think of you as a dirty old *****.
Little boys seem to be drawn by the "older woman" factor. Telling my age doesn't deter them, one boy came on to me even harder when I told him how old I was. Eventually I just ignored him and he went away.

Eventually I just ignored him and he went away.Actually I was called a ***** one night and then I made a thread for 21 and up and met Archangel Lionheart and Dakotarayne. That is how I got here. I recently had a youngster PM me with a code that kids are supposed to use when adults are around them on the computer! He wrote: 9 means parents are around, so talk about school or homework, and 99 means, the coast is clear!!
I don,t think this will be very effective, if they send this information to parents!! rofl rofl rofl

I can blend in usually...when I don't structure my sentence's and use large words.

1337speak 0wnz lol pirate RAWR How true! I was actually called a "*****" (the kid's abbreviation, not mine) simply for being 37 and on Gaia. "Whats a 37yo doing on what is basically a teenage web site?" she asked. I explained that I find Gaia a fun way to keep in daily contact with my 13yo daughter who doesn't live with me. I guess I used too many long difficult words in my explanation because the room cleared in seconds. I'll say it again - thank God for this guild!!!

Gaia wasn't really a "teenage site" when I first joined.. teens were in the minimum and under 15 was pretty much non-existant! I kinda wish it wasn't so "young" these days.
