(intestines.. stomache and all that other good stuff) but SPAM is spare ham. such as when they make ham cuts, its the left ofver ham on the bones and they throw is all in a grinder and then package it into the weird little container and sell it as a "meat like product".

Hawaiian people actually eat quite a bit of spam. ^^* (Not hawaiian, but my parents told me about their vacation this year)
