Mario's ever-observent eyes scanned his surroundings. Everything was made of stone. There was moss growing everywhere. There were strange carvings of yellow... triangles? They were arranged in the shape of a large triangle. Three little triangles make one big triangle. Mario thought intently. Where am I?

A strange creature was bumbling about. It looked like a combination of a squid and a spider. Mario didn't have time to ponder what it was, as it attacked almost immediately. A rock flew, very fast, from the thing's mouth. Mario dodged it, but just barely. A ball of immense heat gathered in Mario's gloved right hand. Soon, the ball erupted into flames. Mario grinned. The ball of fire flew through the air towards the thing. It caught flame and seemed to explode in a cloud of white.
