XmasTree NEW DISCUSSION! Does anyone else think that Stephen King is overrated? I mean, he's a good author, but does he really deserve THAT MUCH publicity? I've only read Cujo, so I can't really say much. I will say that in Cujo, there were a lot of questions left unanswered. And it didn't scare me. At all. I have read a lot of Stephen King's books. Your absolutely right about Cujo it wasn't scary and questions were left unanswered. Try reading Firestarter, that was the first one i read and it was awesome.

My favorite series right now is the Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind...I still have to hunt down the most recent book in the series.
I just finished Ender's Game - it was really good. ^^ Next time I go to the library I'll pick up the other ones in the series. My only problem with it was that it was so short...it only took me a few reading periods over 24 hours to finish it.
I'm reading Dreamcatcher by Stephen King right now...literally. It is sitting on the computer desk, propped open to a page, and I'm reading it between posts. I'm loving it...so I can't exactly concur with XMasTree at the moment.

Zarmina My favorite series right now is the Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind...I still have to hunt down the most recent book in the series. yea, ive read that series, its pretty good. atm im reading the wheel of time series by robert jordan

I'lll try it again later...a lot of people really lovei t.

if you have been keeping up, itll be worth it. i dont want to spoil anything, but even my far fatched assumptions have been thrown askew by the new plot.

i promise i wont spoil it, so i pmed blade, if he REALLY wanted to know. i would have had the book read in only 3 hours, but i kept being interrupted by things. mother nature, lunch, dinner, 3 hours of team fortress classic with my cousin, rebandaging my stabbed foot........

My sis bought it earlier today...she's at chapter 10 now I think..I think I'll have to ducttape her mouth so she'll stop giving away stuff it's bad anough she read further into the book...I learned something happens to Snape...but if you want to know you'll have to PM me
