I like the oldest one I think her name is Marme. The one that doesnt care about all the other vampires. She started to wake up in Cerullian Sins. .

My favorite council members would have to be the Traveler and the oldest living (now dead) vamp. The one who was created from a neanderthal? His name was Oliver and he was a council member before she killed him. Anita killed him in Circus of the Damned I think. A very scarey vamp indeed.
