The Otaku Goddess FenrisVollmond Actually, I just had a thought. To actually talk to a guy that lived through the time period that I'm most interested in... Damien. He's a really old vamp dude, he's not a master vamp, but he's lived the longest of the vamps we've met in the books right? Didn't they say that he lived through the Crusades or something? That's even better. He's a Viking. xd Think of the stories he could tell if you just got him talking about it!!

The more I think about it, the more I don't think Anita appreciates her position. To have Jean-Claude, Asher, Micah and Jason all in love with her, to have Nathaniel as her pomme de sang, and to have Damian as her vampire servant at her beck and call, my god, I would kill to be in that position!!!!!

If I could be with anyone in the AB series, I would definately pick Anita. Like Narniakat said waaaay earlier in this thread (...I think it was Narniakat...but I'm not going to go back and check...), Anita seems pretty firm in her sexuality, but if that little barrier went *poof*, I would love to get to know her better. whee She sounds beautiful and confident, and I like the power-ridden bad girl act. Aaand that ardeur thing (forgive my spelling?) sounds pretty freaking nifty...
But as far as becoming friends with one of the AB characters, I would jump at the chance to get to know Edward, Man of Mystery. heart My favorite character heart

It was definitely me! I so wish I could not only be with her, but I would love to be like her. She is so kick a**! I think she is incredible. I love learning about every new power she comes into. Loads of people (including my beloved yblonski) don't like this whole ardeur thing that is happening. I however really like the changes that are happening. Although I will be happy when she gets more control over it.

**I wonder what'd be like if Anne Rice and LKH did a crossover of their vampires...just a thought. But it'd be awesome to see what Lestat de Lioncourt does with Jean-Claude or even Asher! And what Louis would do if he met Damien or something. Of course Anne Rice, mostly all of her vamps are bisexual or even that, they swing one way, while LKH's, they are bi...well, some of them but they are totally different. Rice also doesn't do werewolves I believe. I'd probably laugh if Armand fell for Jason. sweatdrop ((Of course Armand died in Memnoch the Devil)) But it'd be a crazy story...something to look forward to. xd

Narniakat I must say, I wouldn't cry if that were to happen. That made me laugh right out loud. I should be ashamed xp The Otaku Goddess Gabriel?!? Wow! Never in my life have I met an AB fan that liked Gabriel! *lol* Well, now I can admit to the fact that when I read about him, I couldn't help but be turned on by his little masochist/sadist self! Which I am not by the way, but it's just so weird. There's just something about him...maybe it's the leather pants. I've seen quite a few mention a 'strange' attraction to Gabriel, myself included. I'm not sure the reason but, maybe because he's so dangerous?The fact that he's a sadomasochist aside, something about him is oddly adorable.

Yes, I'm laughing as I type that, but even so. Gabriel was such a cool character, it's almost a shame that he had to die even though he royally screwed the leopards (in more ways than one).

Damien would be cool to have conversations with too. My question is, was he an old viking or one of the newer ones? The older ones were the scourge of the sea in the lovley years of 900-1000 AD, then they kinda disappeared for a couple hundred years. I always loved how Anita described his eyes. His mother fooled around with a cat. xd LOL! Only Anita would think of that.

Anne's vampires are all anti social and ready to kill any other vampire who isn't such. Not just that, but the fact that the two universes are so different that I can't imagine any of the characters interacting with each other. It wouldn't do justice to either of the authors previous works. I bet you could find fan fiction out there that has tried though. In which case I'd fear for Nathaniel.. Lestat's like Superman now and would probably fall in love with him. We all know the horrors that seem to sprout from Lestat's love.

I am usually really attracted to most of the guys in Anita's life, but I have to say, neither Richard nor Micah would do it for me.
The more I think about Micah, the more I think he is perfect for Anita, because he does exactly what she says and puts up with all her quirks. But I am just so leary of him still.
