The best couple I ever saw paired (And that I could call at least one of them a hero of mine) was in an indepndant Yaoi strip.

Long story how the Crow and a red-trenched cutie ended up together. Let's just say it's one of the single best pieces of 18+ Yaoi ever made.

Favorite guy couple would probably have to be Edward Elric and Alphonse Elric. I know a lot of people are squicked by the incest, but I think it's a beautiful pairing and their relationship has so much in it. They're in (some kind of) love no matter how you look at it.

This is my favorite too, and my first choice in this topic. They would and have sacrificed themselves for eachother numerous times, and have gone to the ends of the earth and beyond that for eachother. They have the most beautiful relationship I have ever seen, even if it isn't canon romance, it's special. The reason I love it so much is because I can't see them being apart from eachother ever.
