I'm Shaun. I am an 18 y/o senior in HS who is graduating in 3 weeks. I took physics my junior year, I thought it was interesting, but the teacher drove me nuts. I am interested a lot in theoretical physics. Other than that I am a music nut and theatre addict.

HI! I am slayerfish, I have been interested in physics a long time, but am only now getting to where i can understand some of it. I am a sophomore in highschool, doing running start next year to get my associates in math. Othern that, I love music, play two instruments (Trombone and trumpet) and tuned my instrument to 430hz today instead of 440, needless to say it sounded wierd smile lol...
I also love science... it is actually what i am most interested in, then math. I am finisheing a cousre of Algebra 2, (or 3/4, anyways 3rd level of math of 5 offered at my school...) So, hi everyone!

Hi, my name is Thomas. Im in the 8th grade right now, and no specific form of physics im trying to learn at the moment, becuase im trying to learn about them to choose, if electricity and Magnets and small electronics are amongst that, then those are it.
Ooo, my school background, i play many instruments, and soon to be going into honors Earth science. My science teacher is a great man, for he taught me about atoms in less then a week, so im still trying to pry knowledge out of his skull that he isnt giving up... He worked at a Nuclear power plant for some time in the navy, so he tells us that he qualifies to get into the U.S.'s Main power plant, what ever its called i cant remember...
But yea, if you all want to know more, just ask, ill be looking around learning some stuff you all talk about.

Hey. My na,e's will, and I'm 15. I've been interested in physics for quite a while, and I'd like to learn more from others with alike interests. I plan to take physics for A and A/S level, and possibly through university, though I'm not yet sure of a speciality to take. I mainly like theoretical physics and physics in space.

I s'pose I should've posted in here before going to other topics, aye? sweatdrop
My name's Jareth, Jay for short. I'm 18, a freshman in college, and I'm trying for a theoretical math and theoretical physics double major at Princeton. I came from a pretty bad high school, so a lot of my knowledge of physics and math comes from what I've learned this short year and what I've taught myself (so please bear with me if I make some really stupid mistakes). I'm in advanced EM right now, but I'm going into Classical/Lagrangian mechanics next semester and I'm totally scared. Here, we call it "Death Mech", 'cos the problem sets are super-long and super-hard. It's supposed to be the hardest physics course here, and I'd totally love it if someone here could help me at times.
As for me as me, I just love science. Learning neat new things was always great...I thought I would be an engineer 'cos I like to build stuff, but then I found out I just wanna play around with stuff xp I play a few instruments, and I roller skate...a lot. I'm an artistic roller skater, if anyone's ever heard of it. Very strange sport. But that's pretty much it. Oh, and I wanna gradumate with teaching credentials in math, physics, chemistry, and environmental science (definitely math and physics) and go to Cambridge for grad school and become super-awesome.

My name's Bas. Yes im male, i know. Im a first year in chemistry, but it was ahard choice for me to decide wether to study physics, or chemistry, but it became chemistry because im not really good at maths. So dont excpect me to do heavy duty calculations, because chances are big i screw them up. But i can still do basic things, and i have the ability to point out the obvious and help other people because they missed it.

Hurray, I've joined.
Uhmmm.
Ok, I'm Amy, I'm 20, I'm doing an MSc in theoretical physics and maths (but I don't know anything, I swear). Physics research is the career plan. Quantum information ftw. I also play cello and love it to bits. Oh, and I'm from Ireland.
Hiyas.

Hi. I'm Alexandrite, and I'll be starting my freshman year of high school next year. I'm starting to get better at math but I'm a brilliant reader (college level!). I love watching episodes of Nova and hope to work for NASA or JPL one day. One of my friends was kind of in charge of the JPL Cassini mission to Saturn a few years ago and ever since then I've loved thinking about space. I heart Carl Sagan's book Contact

[ alexandrite ] I'm a brilliant reader (collage level!). I'm sorry, but it has to be done... it's "college", collage is a different thing entirely.

Hi! I'm Kerry, and I'm 16 (well, almost 17). I'm in year 12 (out of 12 in Sydney, Australia) and of course I study physics at school (as well as chemistry and maths extension 2 - [what I know from physics surely comes in handy in maths], and then economics and standard English too for that matter).
Well, most of what I know about special relativity is what I've studied at school ( sweatdrop ) but that's what I'm most interested in.
