diranithedemon Yea but items take the fun out of seeing who is better at just fighting. If your so good yet you are beaten by a novice just because he has items then thats just pathetic.

I say its just adding wepons to the game, and its your mastery with the wepons that gives you the win.
A friend of mine goes to tournements all the time and I can down him a fair amount of times without the help of items. With items its a bit more one sided in my favor.

MisterMalice I say its just adding wepons to the game, and its your mastery with the wepons that gives you the win. I just wanna see who is better at just fighting melee style. No items unless its by a characters attack ( Link and bombs,arrow,boomerang etc etc)

I don't like using items but I don't have a choice when my friends play with me because they need them on or less. ;l

I think its weak to depend on them, but I also feel its good to master them for situations that deal with them.

I personally set items to very low, Items can be a nice change of pace, but too many items can get annoying when you are facing item whores.

MisterMalice Imadud Itms give u a 99.9% of a chance of wining a match items are for cheap shot players... Im good without em or with em.. So its fun if both players are cheap. CHERRIO razz

Cool. With the Bats/wands I like to keep the person gussing wether I'm going to swing or just throw it at them again and again. One the bat/wand hit it usially bounces off them so you can catch and throw again and again.

i love items but then again people use them for cheap shots such as throwing the baseball bat, witch hurts like hell... but its fun to put all the items pokemon then i have a pokemon fight smile
