Bison tried to swat him away but lykos stayed on him, twisted his massive body. Bison roared out in pain as the cobra twist hold as it is sometimes called locked in

The challenger has the champion right where he wants him, where he simply attempts to deepen the stretch . His goal had been to make it harder for the veteran champion to breathe and he's aiming to make it worse here. If he can get the submission, even better

Bison roared out as his torso was twisted and stretched. His muscles flexed, his arms shaking as he slowly started to bend back, using his raw strength to power himself out of the painful maneuver. With a movement he went to hook the challengers head and break the hold with a hip throw.

it had taken the champ a while to get out of that hold, but he does manage to get himself out. the hip throw takes Lykos up and over, not the most familiar feeling for him in his career thus far. the landing certainly wasn't soft, though the challenger does get to his feet again relatively quickly. The big question is, how much had he taken out of the champ

Bison had escaped the hold, and did some damage doing so...but his own damage hadn't gone unnoticed. He tried to stretch out his side as he stood up, attempting to eas erhe tension of his side muscles. He stayed down the aggressive, moving in with a swift kick aimed at lykos gut.

Lykos had been about to go back on the attack but the champion wisely cuts him off and doubles him over with a kick to the gut. May not seem like a lot to most but both champ and challenger are big men that clearly don't pull punches...or kicks in this case

Bison huffed as he continued his offense, wrapping his arms around the waist of the hunched over lykos as the champion flexed his powerful muscles for a gutwrench suplex.

not for the first time this evening, Lykos finds himself powered up and over, this time in a gutwrench suplex that leaves him flat on his back in the middle of the ring again

Bison rubbed his side, feeling the strain from such a power move. He needed to wear down his challenger as well. He went around to Lykos legs, attempting a Boston crab

having just gotten tossed around like twice almost back to back, Lykos doesn't realize what's happening until it's too late, finding himself locked in a boston crab hold, which he immediately braces himself up on his forearms. He's stuck and Bison ain't small, so he can't exactly free himself. He's trying to lessen the strain

Bison clenched his teeth and flexed his arms as he bent back, wrenching the hold as he worked on the challengers back.

pushing himself up the way he had gave Lykos another opportunity. It wasn't going to be easy, but since he's got himself up like this, the challenger slowly attempts to pull them both towards the ropes

Bison felt his opponent starting to drag himself to the roles. The champion did his best to anchor down, wrenching more on the hold trying to make Lykos tap.

the referee is checking, there's a rumble in the crowd as the fans wait to see if this is the extent of what Lykos can do here. Still, Lykos fights through the pain, pulling bit by bit until he finally reaches and grabs the bottom rope

Bison cranked on the hold in frustration, the referee warning him.
"Let him go, Bison! One! Two! Three!"
Bison released the challengers legs, stepping away.
