[The Murder Hobos] vs Lance Hawkwind

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

It took little time at all for Lance to put in the Hawk Clutch sharpshooter, and it was .. excruciating.

If Noko used his voice much, he would be screaming right now. But the silent monk just had a face of pain, anguish, and remorse at taking this match right now.




Zayliss watched on with wide eyes, stomping on the mat and crying out to his partner.

"Noko! Noko! Crawl to the ropes!"

Lance looked out at the arena with a grin as a chorus of boos began to echo around the crowd.

JR: "Lance has got that Hawk Clutch sharpshooter locked in tight - he's been piling on the pressure and Noko has been on the receiving end!"

Hearing Zayliss' shouting to his partner, Lance looked over his shoulder with a smirk and leaned back, applying more pressure to Noko's spine.

King: "You're not kidding! His partner has barely had a look-in this match and if Lance keeps this up he might not even get a tag!"

JR: "One thing's for sure King, if Zayliss doesn't pull something out of the bag soon, the Murder Hobos are going to lose this match before they've had a chance to get going!"

As Lance held the submission, the referee dropped to his knees next to Noko, checking for any sign of a tap out.

 

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Noko shook his head as the ref asked him initially if he wanted to tap. Of course he didn't, there was no way that he was going to be the reason his partner lost in a handicap match.

But.. the pain was a lot to handle. Lance wrenched the hold tighter, and Noko's hand instinctively went into the air.. it looked like he was about to tap!




Zayliss watched with baited breath from the outside. His partner was on the verge of tapping, and it didn't look like there was any way for him to get over to the ropes.

Gritting his teeth, he held his nerve as long as possible.

But he couldn't wait much longer.. Zayliss jumped the top rope and ran in with a Shining Wizard on Lance!

The Shining Wizard connected, knocking Lance clean over and releasing his grip on Noko as he went tumbling to the mat. There was a cheer from the crowd as Zayliss had rescued his partner for the second time tonight.

JR: "Zayliss breaks the submission with his signature technique in the nick of time!"

Landing face first, Lance impacted with the canvas, taking a few moments to catch his breath.

 

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Zayliss jumped to his feet to a loud pop from the crowd, as the ref rushed to try and get him away. He lightly side stepped the official and grabbed Noko, dragging him a few feet closer to the turnbuckle.

After that, he swiftly exited the ring to the annoyance of the ref for staying in too long.




Noko didn't have much to do there, as he was dragged to the turnbuckle. He turned his neck weakly to look at Lance, and then reached out and started crawling the rest of the way to Zayliss.

Reeling from the impact of the Shining Wizard, Lance slowly moved toward the ropes on theopposite side of the ring to where Zayliss was stood waiting to tag Noko.

He reached the ropes, using them to steady himself and get back to a standing position and turning to see Noko inching closer to his partner.

He began to move toward Noko, trying to reach him before he could make a tag.

 

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Noko struggled and strained, reaching out, but looked behind him. Lance was closing in and.. he stretched.. and reached his partner's outstretched hand for the tag!




The crowd let off a loud cheer as Zayliss got the tag and immediately readied himself, leaping up and over the turnbuckle. He ran over at Lance and immediately attempted a flurry of kicks to his torso!

Lance reeled from the series of kicks Zayliss landed into his torso one after the other.

King: "Zayliss has finally gotten into the match and he is letting loose on Lance!"

JR: "The momentum of this match has completely shifted King, Lance had things under control with Noko, but Zayliss is a different beast altogether and he's dragged the Murder Hobos right back into this match!"

Each impact forced him backwards, and he eventually felt himself stumble back into the ropes. As Zayliss continued his assault, Lance looked for an opportunity to drop to the mat and attempt to roll under the bottom rope to the outside of the ring.

 

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Zayliss watched as Lance left the ring under the bottom rope and grunted.. ergh, he had him right where he wanted him.

No worry, time for..

Zayliss sprinted at the ropes and attempted a suicide dive at Lance!

Lance had barely gotten to his feet when he felt himself being thrown to the floor as Zayliss colided with him mid-dive, leaving both men in a heap on the floor by the announcers table.

He lay on the floor mats on the outside of the ring, the frustration slowly building the longer this match continued. He didn't have time for these costumed clowns. His goal was Nuke. He needed to end this match, and now.

 

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

The crowd gave off a mass cheer as Zayliss was taking the fight to Lance, with Noko now able to rest on the ring apron. He raised a fist in the air to another pop, before readying himself.

Zayliss jumped up onto the announcer's table, looking to run and leap off of it.

He was trying for a Hurricanrana!

Lance got to his feet in time to see Zayliss leaping towards him for a Hurricanrana. He tried to catch him in midair, attempting to shift his weight and reverse the move into a powerbomb ono the ring barriers!

 

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Lance showed immense strength as he countered the Hurricanra into a devastating Powerbomb against the barricades!

The sound was awful as he hit the side and then dropped on his side, Zayliss now not even moving.




Even with his own injuries, Noko immediately jumped down and ran to Zayliss, checking on him. He was putting his body in the way of his partner and Lance, but paying no attention to what the solo superstar was doing.

There was a chorus of boos from the crowd as Lance drove Zayliss into the barricade with the powerbomb, leaving him in a heap.

JR: "My God, King! Lance nearly broke him in half over the barricade with that thunderous powerbomb out of nowhere! Zayliss must be in a world of hurt right now!"

King: "That hurt just watching JR, I can't imagine how much pain Zayliss must be in right now!"

Lance stood near the announce table, breathing heavily and just staring at both Noko and Zayliss. He looked around, spotting an unoccupied steel chair next to JR. He looked from the chair, over to his opponents, and then over to the other members of the Murder Hobos at ringside, a smile forming on his face.

King: "Uh-oh! I don't like that look on Lance's face! Whatever he's got planned, I wouldn't want to be Zayliss or Noko right now!"

JR: "He's got the look of a man possessed - wait, he's going for the steel chair!"

Lance picked up the steel chair, making his way over to Noko and aiming a vicious chair shot at the monk's back while he knelt over Zayliss.

 

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

There was nothing that Noko was able to do, facing away from Lance. That shot rang out across the arena, as steel met bone.. and Noko dropped to the ground, almost lifeless.




Aeyre and Gruk ran over immediately as the ref called for the bell for a DQ decision, putting themselves in between Lance and their fallen faction members.
