Just two pairings that I can't seem to find much of. The former, I'm kinda shocked about. The latter, I'm honestly not surprised, despite the complete "There aren't words in the English language that can even vaguely describe how much I hate you" thing coming from one side. Which, ya know, the fangirls usually pounce on.
First: Vincent x Cloud (FFVII) ...Seriously, wa? I can find very little fanfic, and even less fanart. Doujinshis I've seen usually make Cloud look as though he's twelve. Take what ya can get, I suppose.
Second: Black Mage x Fighter (8-Bit Theater) Five...Four...Three...Two...One... That's how long I predict it will take someone to call me crazy. Or messed up. Or "Where the hell do you see that?!" Meh. I don't care, I'm well aware of it's crack status. I usually don't like pairings where one or both sides hate the other, but alas this is an exception.

Star Ocean: The Second Story - DiasxAshton. Everyone wants to pair up Claude with Dias. =/ Not that there's that much fandom anyway.
KH: Seconded the Leon/Cloud. When I play KHII, doubtless I'll demand Setzer pairings.
Aside from that, most of my fanpairings are from video games most people haven't heard of. >>;

Ureshii-Chihiro YukiroKatsuya I like tohma/shuichi from gravitation and I also like kurama/yomi. I hate Tohma. He's a b*****d. evil *cough* Actually, I agree. Definitely the hardest for me t o find is Kio/Soubi from Loveless. Ritsuka doesn't deserve Soubi. He should just go...be with Yayoi or Yuiko or something. Not the psychiatrist though, she's creepy.

I'd say that Eike/Homunculus (or Homunculus/Eike, rather; Eike is too much of a ditz in my opinion... He just screams "Nice but way too easily fooled" to me) is rare, but there are plenty of Hom/Eike-Eike/Hom fics on ff.net. Too bad the ones i'm interested in NEVER GET FINISHED~~
To be honest, I can sort of see Ryuk/Light happening, but I try to stick to human/human. And ultimately, I prefer Light with L. xd

For me, mah favorite ToS pairing, Kratos/Yggdrasill. It's impossible to find, so I write my own. It's quite a demented relationship. XD
