Rhett had been left vulnerable at the woman's words, trying to try and comfort her as her wound would dribble onto the ground. His feet fell forward on the stage, his grip on Joan loosening. "You're hurt. Just please stop this. We can talk this over. We were only trying to help." This proved to be his unmaking, as the woman kicked his hand, throwing Joan around as he recoiled back, clutching her wrist. "Jo-" In an instant, his head was snatched, lowered down to this girl's level as she'd place that bloodied hand under his chin. He grunted, trying to pry himself from this woman's grasp as she'd cast some sort of spell, feeling himself thrown into the woes of madness. "Get...off..." The magic around him was growing around him, washing over his form as he felt his sight growing darker. Even in his frenzied attempts and freeing himself with his magic, Rhett could feel his limbs growing heavier, his eyes closing. Red irises went to Joan out of worry for her before he was totally covered. The meister felt himself falling deeper into the abyss he found himself in... xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxdeeper...
The featureless being would soon have its extremities grown outward, tendrils of darkness extending out as it would soon take on its own form, drawing from the Dark Magic that Adelaide had summoned forth from before. From the darkness came a swirl of pink and blue color as features would erupt from the summoned body. Beneath it would be a constantly shifting mass of shadow and madness magic, that only seemed to refresh whatever would brush aside the waves of magic washing over it. It would quiver in place, a mouth forming while then yelling out a shrill, frenzied,
"JOOOOOOOANN!"
Her movements were erratic, featureless white eyes rocking around the environment as if scanning every last inch and fiber of being in front of her. Two deformed blobs would attach to the being, gaining a wide maw as they rose around the figure. She'd glance over at Adelaide, tilting her head over at her before suddenly turning her attention to Joan. Some part of her must have reacted to her, as The Queen would giggled to herself again. Her form submerged into the ground, building up her dark magic as it would grow in size and shape. Her form resurfaced, acting as a massive wave of dark magic, sat atop would be her body, quickly surging forward to crash on top of Joan [The Blackness | Level 4]. Once back, it would stop for a moment and just laugh and watched Joan but not with its full attention. It was almost as if it were off in its own little world. After a few seconds or so, it would laugh again, its form bouncing around. The formations with mouths would open wide, as a volley of cursed arrows would shoot out from both mouths at the weapon. After her attack had hit or fizzled out, The Queen would reamass herself, although a part of her would split off from her form and remain on the ground behind her. Jagged, unnatural arms dug at the ground out of a desperate act to experience the joy of creation. Their bodies formed into smaller being styled after the appearance of a tiger, although under that same dark magic induced effect as The Queen, pouring out in alarming numbers as they'd quickly run rampant over the area. Their claws streaked across the ground, bouncing, flying, running wild. A medium sized group would set their sights on Kasumi. "Kekekeke..." They would each laugh while aiming to overrun her with sheer numbers alone. [Get Jumped | Level 5 | Tier 3].
Meanwhile, our brave team of Ryan & Serah would find themselves still stuck in the endless darkness of their magic. The cat people around them were moving fast, although some, busy playing with the chairs would be far too busy to care about whatever they might have in mind. That was, until one brave little shade let out a triumphant, "Ekeke! Kekek!" As a small group turned their heads at the pair and hissed. Each would grab a chair and begin to charge forward valiently into battle. The new kids on the block were about to be tested by this fiendish frenzy of feline friends! [Improvised Attack | Level 3].

This attack is effectively an AOE Attack, in which the thugs that seem to come from nowhere batter any enemies within the topic, and even vandalize the topic itself within reasonable capabilities of mostly normal people.

Ryan and Serah continued ever forward towards the tent, or where they believed it to be. However, they wouldn't be alone for long. Cat-like creatures would begin to show up. They didn't seem to be paying attention to them at first, but that didn't last long. Ryan took a chair shot to the back, causing him to fling his arm out. Serah was able to fire off a shot at one [Gunshot Lv 1], using the recoil to dodge a chair coming her way. This didn't save her from the second, however, and Ryan himself took another. This left them needing to use their trump card early.
Without even needing to say anything, the two wavelengths of Weapon and Meister began a dance of synchronicity. The two of them yelling out their cry of determination while energy pooled in the buster. Their soul resonance would allow them to fire off their strongest attack. It was anti-climactic, but it's what they had at the moment. "Charge shot..." Ryan leaped into the air as he aimed Serah towards the cat-like creatures below. This is all he could do. Those chair shots hurt, so he had to make it count. "FIRE!" [Witch Hunter] The momentum allowed them to get a bit of distance before they took aim once again and fired their remaining shot. Active Perks - Run and Gun: In the same post the user uses a technique from this skill tree, they are able to dodge an opponent's technique for one level lower in cost. โจโพโจRogue watched the soul wavelength bullet enter her arm. Her initial reaction was surprising but unsettling. It was apparent that Adelaide was not well mentally. Perhaps the madness she was using infected her as well? "What're you talkin' about?" The cowboy hollered in response as she explained that she was under some kind of duress. He would not allow himself to feel guilty as he watched her take a hostage from the DWMA. Rogue remembered his name as Rhett but did not know him well beyond just being a classmate of his. Adelaide then began transforming and telling some kind of demented fairy tale.
โจโพโจSoon enough, Adelaide unleashed a full cabal of minions to attack Rogue and Chance. He sighed in the face of such insanity before firing explosive rounds at them from his revolver partner. Rogue jumped forward so that he would then jump backward. He fired his round as inaccurately as possible so that it would have a likelihood of going in the right direction. This black magic world was getting old quickly. Luckily, he did not have to be accurate as the massive explosion would wipe them out over a long-range and not miss.
โจโพโจRogue looked up with concern as he watched Rhett in his captured state. He was drawing a blank on how to help him since brute force did not seem to be going so well in the face of such ruinous madness. It seemed to overtake him and Rogue needed to act fast. Rose-red spirit energy coated his hand as he extended his arm toward Adelaide. As he channeled his spiritual power at the circus freak. If successful, she would suddenly believe the highest form of deception that the meister could conjure. That lie would be that she needed to release Rhett from her spell and stop attacking everyone immediately or she would risk her own complete failure and death.

โจโพโจJoan screamed as she was separated from Rhett's hands. She transformed back into human form and landed on her feet. "Red!" She cried out and ran toward Adelaide to try to help her beloved partner. When Rhett transformed and began attacking her she felt herself beginning to tremble in terror. She had to protect herself but did not want to hurt Rhett in the slightest. Her heart could not take that possibility. She looked over to see that Rogue was using some sort of technique that she hoped might be able to release Rhett from her magic. As she refocused she saw the black magic coming toward her. Her right arm transformed into a claymore as she swung it at the magic. She sliced through the dark wizardry with ease as she applied more power to the swing. As vector arrows bombarded her she spun around in a three-sixty cutting spin, slashing in all directions. Each and every slash easily cleaved through the dark magic arrows. Once that was done she shouted out again, hoping to get through to Rhett. "Red please, snap out of it! This isn't you!" The warrioress's usually stoic voice became emotional as she pleaded with the queen. She hoped that her voice would get through to Rhett somehow.

Kasumi scoffs lowly viewing the minimum damage done against the darkness wall-- seeing how kicks and punches doesn't do much, now pondering for some brief time. Instead of hitting, why not scratch it; which she started doing, casting a pair of transparent claws, throwing slashes with slashes against it on any surface area she didn't hit. That confident boost helped her out as well as blindly going off knowing if the barrier defense is weaken, it'll be less distracted. However, her concentrate was short-lived, trailing backward in seeing one of her classmate be held captive by a creature Adelaide summoned, stopping her work to stare in disbelief. With the mad animals running amok, this dark wall taking over the circus and now a student held against, what can they do? What can she do? All the brunette could thought of is stopping that performer's attack yet words failed to break the girl's trance, almost if something was controlling her.
Just the sight made her more eager into adding more power into the attack; from within the side gaze, Kasumi noticed a swarm of minions rushes towards her. She sighs deeply. โ And to think.. I'll be handling the heavy work. โ She commented, halted those attacks to take in deep breathes then out, pulling out the hair-bands letting her hair down quickly then switches into a ponytail. While that, she also switches stance. Not saying a word, she launches herself forward directly into the wild mob; crackling and a small ruby-like lightning was seen around her fists slamming a punch into one of the airborne creature's chest with such form, sending it backwards into a small group before slamming her own fist down to the ground creating a shockwave throwing a few into the air. The amount was uneven, but it's nothing to her.

The Madness crawled down Sarahโs spine like a sludge and it was all she could do to keep her sanity afloat. She climbed up to stand on the backs of the rows of chairs as the witch made her Madness creations. The blue haired girl was beginning to feel the effects of the last attack sheโd taken, as blood dripped down her arm and her head. But the girl took a breath and tried to calm her breathing. Four creatures and one of her. Well, one her and one Enmei. That made things a bit more fair, she supposed. But it would still be tricky. Sarah frowned as she concentrated to the monsters below, while Enmei once again changed shape. His slender rifle form, in the blink of an eye and a flash of light, to have a set of twin barrels. Electricity charged at the end of Enmeiโs barrels as Sarah channeled Soul Wavelength through the gun.
โSoul Snipe: Deerstalker!โ She called out, before firing a swirling blast of energy at the Madness monsters. As it closed it, the giant blast of energy split into four smaller ones that aimed at the torsos of the monsters. [Spray and Pray, Buckshot Level 1, Of the Tide Aggressive Shock Level 1 x2]
Sarah had to jump back after the blast to try and find cover. Her strengths with Enmei werenโt in closed quarters like this. Doing so put her to the woman who was yelling. Sarah peered over the top of the chairs to see Joan, pleading with one of the Madness monsters. โHeyโฆโ the blue haired Meister called out to her, her soft voice able to be heard over the commotion. โThatโs your partner rightโฆ? Let me help you; itโs not right for you to fight by yourself.โ Sarah extended a hand to Joan with a smile, despite the bloodied condition she was in. โWeโll bring your partner back, I promise.โ

"Ch-Chance?" Adelaide looked shocked at hearing his familiar voice, her concentration temporarily slipping as the group of shadowy minions surrounding Chance and Rogue was dispatched fairly quickly, much to her dismay. Her expression was growing more and more angry at her attacks being thrown away by the meister and weapon teams in attendance. But they were just the small fries anyway. After that little break, she'd freak out again, watching as the red shades running everywhere would catch off off guard once more. "Don't play stupid, Chance!" she turned to face the boy and his partner, fists balled while gritting her teeth, chaos unfolding around the three. "We were supposed to be together. But then you had to ruin everything! All you had to do was to look pretty and that fortune could have been ours! Now you're buddy buddy with some...one eyed freak and his gaggle of weirdos." The white haired one held his hand up to her again as Adelaide's eyes would widen, feeling the spiritual pressure around her. "Ah-I...will free your friend and stop attacking everyone..." The girl appeared to have fallen for the technique used by Rogue, staring off into space before a wicked grin came across her face.
"Not!"
Magic circles appeared around Rogue and Chance, ten in total, with Adelaide giggling madly to herself. "Nice try, Cyclops~ Your little Soul nonsense won't work on me." Each of the magic circles would pulsate with mana, a multitude of whips swarming the two as they went to coil around both boys and tear them apart form one another. Their grip was tight, able to crush both if Adelaide had even willed it, which she was much too busy gloating over the two. "I'm gunna tear off that other eye and throw it in the trash!" [ Eldritch Whips | Level 4 ].
Her attention turned over to the blue haired girl who was approaching the weapon of who the Queen was now. It was pretty foolish to tell that boy to snap out of it, considering that he was probably far from being able to retaliate. "And you two! Know your place before your Queen!" She'd gather some mana in her fingers. The air around her crackled with energy, condensing as the output was her finger pointed at the girl by the Queen's ex partner. After a moment of building force, she'd unleash a bolt of thunder towards Sarah [ Richochet Bolt | Level 3 ].
Tech. Active: โพ The Dark Realm | Level 5 | Tier 3 | @topic A harmless wave of dark magic is sent out over the entire area (topic). The area is immediately transformed into a dark mirror dimension with no daylight. The area feels like looking through a dark lens as they see themselves in broken reflections with shards of glass in the air. This dark dimension allows the Witch to instantly change the direction of their spells to trick the target. While in the dark dimension, the target's movements appear to be mirrored and inverted. Moving forward actually moves them backward, lifting the right arm actually moves the left arm, etc. The Witch is unaffected by this. This spell lasts for five posts and can only be performed once per battle.

The Queen appeared somewhat affected by Joan speaking to it. The gelatinous mass of madness and magic would pause for but a moment, looking down. "Joooooan..." It looked at her for a moment, as if its mind had a brief moment of lucidity while its face formed into a frown. It slowly inched forward towards Joan, feeling her form begin to melt if only a little. "It...hurtsbad.Feels...bad." There was little else that the being could do but to sit and try not to fully melt in this world of hers. Joan and Sarah might be able to spot That brief glimpse of Rhett's eyes inside of The Queen's, gazing out, although it was questionable if he was truly aware of the circumstances of what had happened to him. The tendrils of hair moved sullenly while the madness infused construct reached out her hand to Joan. Very slowly, the magic would recede enough for her to see Rhett's hand from underneath the mass of wobbling goo. It was slowly receding and making its way off of the prisoner inside, bit by bit...
Then, The Queen would fully reform, feeling Adelaide's magic flow through its system once more, fully renewing the madness that it had fallen under. Her blob mouths opened and closed along with one another, as The Queen giggled once more, revitalized by Adelaide's magic. Like before, The Queen's form reformed while it laid its eyes on the woman across from her. The two blob companions floating around her base form opened their mouths, launching a strong shock towards both of the intended targets. [ Aggressive Shock | Level 3 ].
The army of little cat things had been fully taken care of for Ryan and Serah, They were granted a chance of reprieve from their mass of energy that the two of them had expelled. The rest of the students were off attacking either Adelaide and The Queen. After being smacked around with chairs and some possible clawing, the team could get a nice little- hey what's that? The Queen looked over at them and would bubble a little. Her form partially split down the side, firing a spread of needles down at the two. [ Vector Arrow Bombardment | Level 1 ]

Upon landing, Ryan and Serah finally had a moment to catch their breath. Whatever was ahead was either pre-occupied, weakened, or beaten. That gave them a chance to regroup and recover their strength. Ryan took a deep breath before exhaling slowly. Serah chose to stay in her weapon form. This darkness was still around, which meant they still had a threat around. Before they could really take stock of the situation, however, a shot of vector arrows came their way. It had seemed they had caught something's attention. The two of them were able to dance around the arrows without a scratch. Ryan looked and noticed they had finally gotten into the tent. But they were outside, right? No, this darkness was playing tricks. However, they could see past the giant...thing, that there were other students fighting this creature and what seemed to be a witch.
What's more, is the creature in front of them was made of madness. Ryan could feel it in his bones. "Serah, watch my back." The weapon internally nodded and transformed back to her human form, with her right arm turning into her Buster. She knew what Ryan was about to try. They were only able to practice it in theory at this point, but the technique was sound. Literally and figuratively. Taking in a deep breath, Ryan then let out a roar at the creature. [ Prayer ] The roar was loud and fierce, and sounded like a lion. It was one that was aimed to strike at the core, as if to say 'is this who you really are?' If the creature was pure madness, hopefully this would weaken it considerably. But if someone was in there, maybe they'd come to their senses. And hopefully this roar would likewise affect the witch, if she was under the influence of madness as well.

General speech can be enhanced with this technique, but the Cleric can also recite mantras that reinforce their strength if they so choose. This ability cleanses one target of all Madness. โจโพโจThe sword maiden felt her heart break hearing the gelatinous creature's words. She then recognized her meister's hand deep in the mass of writhing tentacles. "It's hurting him! We have to get him out of there!" Joan screamed out even in her sword form as her visage's reflection appeared in the gleam of the longsword. The blast of soul energy and madness that was aimed at both her and Sarah became her new focus. The weapon took command and spun around in all directions, protecting both herself and Sarah with great power and ease.

โจโพโจWhen Rogue and Chance shot through the enemies Adelaide immediately responded. Chance transformed back into his human form and gave Adelaide a sympathetic gaze. "Adelaide please stawp! Yew are better than this!" The weapon cried out desperately as he felt his emotions stirring in his gut. Rogue just glowered at her as he watched her continue to try to take people's freedom away through madness and magic. Rogue only became more confused by what she said next. "Naw! Rogue means everything ta me! Ah didn't want that, ah just wanted adventure! Why didn't yew ever ask me wut I wanted?!" Chance waved his arms in the air as he tried to call this whole terrible event off. The weapon spoke from the heart with a mix of sorrow and frustration from what Adelaide was becoming.
โจโพโจRogue was confused by her and Chance's conversation. He could only assume that they were promised to be wed to each other in some sort of aristocratic union. He did have a hard time imagining this circus freak in such a role. He also felt the need to break it to her that Chance is about as gay as the day is long. At least from Rogue's perspective, although he was sure that it was possible that maybe there was a time when Chance had feelings for women too. He did not have time to think about it. When she seemed to fall under his spiritual hypnosis Rogue relaxed. But when she said "not" Rogue immediately reacted. "Chance! Transform!" He immediately shouted out as the magic circles began surrounding them. Chance was under so much duress from his childhood memories of Adelaide being violated by her being controlled. She had to have been controlled, he just knew it. Chance felt his tears welling up in his eyes as he turned back to Rogue. "Huh?" Chance asked in confusion before the magical whips grabbed his arms and legs. Rogue was pulled in next to him, back to back, as they were completely ensnared. Rogue and Chance struggled against their bindings as Rogue panicked and tried to think of a way out of this. Rogue felt panic growing inside of him as he tried to think of a way out of this. Rogue had two loose fingers and he felt them connect to Chance's, allowing him to calm down a little. Rogue was instantly reassured by his partner's touch.
โจโพโจRogue glared up at Adelaide and began to shout. "What do yew care anyway?! You were just using Chance for your own greed! You're doing the same bullshit today too, just usin' other people for your own gain!" He spoke spitefully as he viewed her as a member of an oppressive upper class. She was so entitled that it disgusted him.
She knew their souls would be compatible; Sarah was able to adjust her wavelength to compliment whoever she worked with. Joan would be able to feel the slow adjustment of Sarahโs soul at once. Sarah was initially worried that sheโd be able to wield Joanโs weapon form.The blue haired Meister usually fought from a range. A long range, only using Enmei in close combat in order to build distance. But once the sword and the Meister began to work together, fighting felt like riding an old bike. Sarah gripped the hilt and spun around, allowing Joan to release a massive shockwave with her slash, cutting down the immediate attacks. However the effort of the swing compounded with her earlier injuries, cutting Sarahโs breath short for a moment. It forced her to stop moving, stop fighting, and concentrate. It genuinely felt like no matter what her and the other DWMA members did, this witch was able to take it and throw it right back. It seemed like, between her and her accursed โqueenโ that sheโd win the war of attrition eventually.
Her moment of calm was short lived. Sarah had to bob and weave around blasts of magic, using Joan to cut through them like butter, showering the ground in sparks created by magic and wavelength. Small groups of monsters were trying to flank her, and Sarah would point Enmei at them and fire a buckshot of energy. This was starting to get hectic. Sarahโs gaze pierced through the magical slime covering Rhett. โYeah, Iโm working on itโฆโ The Meister replied absent to Joan while she thought, tapping her finger on the hilt of her blade in a rhythm similar to a heartbeat. โThat slime is controlled by that witchโs magic. So even if we could cut it up or pull him out, itโs too possible that heโd just get trapped againโฆโ She was thinking aloud more so than anything else. The Meister grit her teeth. She promised Joan that sheโd get her partner out of there, and she was going to make good on that promise. โBut his soul is still in thereโฆ intactโฆโ Sarah shook her head and managed to give Joan a small smile. โSoul Perception is kinda my thing,โ she continued. โSo even if you canโt sense him, I can. Heโs fine enough for now, but youโre right. We gotta get him out of there. I think that gives me an idea thoughโฆโ Sarah rose to her feet but kept her eye on the Queen. โI can try to bridge the gap between your souls, but itโll be up to you after that. You think youโll be okay?โ
Sarah would wait for Joanโs confirmation before she readied herself. She focused in on the faint traces of Rhettโs soul, tuning out everything in the world besides his soul, her soul, and Joanโs soul. [Soul Reveal Level 3] She would have to get closer, so she began to close the distance while focusing on the souls. Sarah gripped Joanโs handle, coating the blade in her own wavelength as she thrust the weapon into the magical slime. It was her attempt at getting as close to Rhettโs soul as possible, and injecting her own soul into the other Meisterโs Soul Space, so that her and Joan would be able to interact directly with Rhettโs soul.

Pre-occupied at the moment which more bad timing happen, with Rhett being engulfed by that strange goo, briefly watching the other two come to his aid. Her gaze then fell back at the smaller minions dodging some of them attacks before returning the same attack back at them. One of her hand casting that transparent claw work again, landing attacks after attacks against them; raising the stakes again and all while focusing on the barrier again trying to make sure the little freaks ends up landing their own hits against it.

Adelaide ignored everything else, anger focused on Chance exclusively.. Not his buddy buddy friend, not the twins fighting in the background, not even on the Queen. It was that moment she had wanted to say to him for quite some time, stomping forward on her stage, heels clicking until she reached the edge. "Adventure this! Adventure that! You never shut up about it! I wanted it to be us, happy together. But you just leave without telling anyone you...hick!" She grit her teeth, breathing in and out while balling her fists. As the chains surrounded them both, entangled the two lovers together, Adelaide would generate a flow of magic around her while preparing to cast a spell. Well, that and she enjoyed watching the two of them struggle against their chains. "I don't even care about the plan anymore! I just wanna see you gone!" She laughed again while aiming at Chance but then...she'd frown and shake her head. It wasn't too much, watching that stupid little look on his face was too pathetic. The performer shook her head and switched targets to the man beside him, aiming her sights on Rogue. "Starting with you, Cyclops! Let's see you get out of this one!" After a pulse of magic, a massive fireball would shoot from her hands, sailing towards Rogue. [ Eruption | Level 4 ]
"And you! Punch Girl!" Adelaide looked up, still in a huff as she'd seem to find her flailing about entertaining. Her lips went to a a laughing smirk, grinning at the minor constructs busy swarming the girl. The little guys were pretty dire looking, although they were probably tired out after throwing everything they had up front. The poor things were probably tuckered out. "Actually...forget it. You're too easy. Keep trying to punch magic, dumbass."
Tech. Active: โพ The Dark Realm | Level 5 | Tier 3 | @topic A harmless wave of dark magic is sent out over the entire area (topic). The area is immediately transformed into a dark mirror dimension with no daylight. The area feels like looking through a dark lens as they see themselves in broken reflections with shards of glass in the air. This dark dimension allows the Witch to instantly change the direction of their spells to trick the target. While in the dark dimension, the target's movements appear to be mirrored and inverted. Moving forward actually moves them backward, lifting the right arm actually moves the left arm, etc. The Witch is unaffected by this. This spell lasts for five posts and can only be performed once per battle.

The Queen would giggled again, shifting from back and forth as the two people in front of her, maws opening and closed while she'd seem to be confused why the two had stopped playing with her. She opened her stomach maw again, charging another attack again while expecting them to just stand there but then the two would have suddenly charged forward towards her as the spell was ready to be unleashed! The Queen was so close, only to have her fun cut short as a blinding roar took her attention away. The piercing harsh burns would cause the madness to be temporarily stunned. Her torso fell back, maws lying with their blue tongues outsplayed as Joan and Sarah were provided with an ample opportunity to strike. With a solid thrust, The Queen she felt the sword pierce her gooey side as she let out a sudden squeal of pain. "UWAAAAAH!" Joan, coated in Sarah's wavelength, would help transport herself and Joan inside of Rhett's soulspace.
Inside of Rhett's Soulspace:
The interior of the space that the two would find themselves in was the interior of a grand ballroom, its porcelain halls a stark white. Near the end wall would be a window overlooking a type of fantasy forest near the horizon, with the sides filled with tables, seats and all the accoutrements of a fine gala. Had it been a typical exploration of his soulspace, Rhett's might seem a bit overdone for somebody in his position. Or would be, had the soulspace not be in near total darkness. Rhett would be stuck from the ceiling, the same madness infused slime coating the area around the room with several tendrils attached to the back of his exposed body. With eyes closed, he was thankfully unconscious during the ordeal of what had happened since approaching Adelaide. As they approached, Rhett opened an eye weakly, smiling at Joa, although too exhausted to speak.
"MYPRINCE!" The room would soon darken, a familiar set of red and blue eyes looking into the darkened room with a screech. "INTRUDERS?!STAYAWAY!HE'SMINE!" It shrieked, a pair of madness infused claws appearing from the darkness. One would go to swipe at the two visitors while the other acted to prevent them from reaching the Queen's prize. Rhett himself was trying to create somewhat of an opening, enough to reach his arm through but weakened, he was pretty spent. [ Leopard | Level 3 ].
Back in the real world, The Queen would slowly be coming to from her recent impalement, slowly clawing at the sword in some desperate attempt to force herself back up proper. It would likely infect what was happening inside of the soulspace, but The Queen had been far too busy to notice such effects. Looking at Sarah who had pierced her side with the weapon, The Queen would lean forward, opening its maw to reveal a set of sharp teeth and aiming to chomp down on the arm closest to it. As a brief bit of revenge against the meister who had caused her such pain, one maw would separate from her, aiming at Ryan and Serah while it flew along the ground, dribbling out that goo which coated Rhett. As it ran towards them, its form warped into something more monstrous, roughly seven feet tall as it launched itself at the two, aiming to crunch down on its with its huge jaws. While threatening enough, it was separated from its power source, which left it fairly weak. [ Chomp | Rank 2 ].
