"Shion?" Avalanche said with a distant thought. Why would Shion prohibit Kaito from being mended? Avalanche shuddered to think of whatever nonsense Kaito wound up in that he somehow managed to get one of Toso's lap dogs to want his existence snuffed out. However, that did make the remaining options they had to patch up their comrade be limited. "Damn it!" They said, knowing full well the only other option they had. With a heavy huff they carried Kaito out of this districts and on their way home. However, they had one stop to make before they got back to their mansion.

As Kenshin walked through the door, it naturally closed tight behind him. Seals manifested on the door which Kenshin, through the power of his byakugan, could easily recognize as anti-chakra formation seals. Someone clearly wanted Kenshin to enter, and now that he did, it was not leaving. Still, as he entered, there was nothing to really of danger. With Kenshin's byakugan, although the area was completely devoid of light, he would still be able to see the natural path set up for him to follow. When he reached an open area, he would notice a whole plethora of people to the far right wall of him before everything went black. This was because, unbeknowest to Kenshin, a seal was placed on the warehouse. Kenshin's hyuuga and hatake bloodlines, two clans which mattered a great deal to him from both his history and the story of his dear apprentice, were lost to him suddenly with the placement of a seal. There was only a brief moment of completely blackness, however, before lights erupted from various spotlights shined onto the area.
With the area illuminated, Kenshin would recognize that he walked right onto the set of a tv production. To his right all of those people he saw initially through his byakugan were tethered to their chairs and gagged. They were secured behind thick glass clearly powered by the hari clan. There were about fifty of them in total, each one cuffed and bound to a hard metal chair. To Kenshin's immediate left was a lounge chair, and adjacent to it ten feet away was another lounge chair. Above him hung a sign which stated toward the audience, "Romantic interviews while people die haphazardly." A fireplace suddenly ignited on the far left wall, which revealed itself to a rather cozy firepit with two large drapes of the APD logo alongside both sides of it. There seemed to be something behind the drapes, but that would be gotten to later.
"We now returned to your paid program! Introducing Kenshin Kosei; Arashigakure's very own white knight!" An announcer's voice boomed over the area, despite there being no one there. Behind the hari glass a projection board glowed with the neon word, "APPLAUSE" glowing menacingly at the crowd. While the innocent people screamed muffled cries for salvation, they forced their hands to clap as they were instructed. This was because they already suffered the test run of this endeavor, where those who did not clap spontaneously exploded through the use of paper tags all aligned on the chairs.
"Now for our host, Antioch!" The annoucer beamed as the floorboards opened thirty feet away from Kenshin. A platform brought the deformed man to stage as the first thing which was seen was his top hat. His hat then revealed his face, which had horrific scars and signs of self-mutilation. Then his outfit was revealed, which was a dysphoric mess of hospital coats and regal fur cloth. In his right hand was a scythe which was draped over his shoulder. Finally once the platform settled, the APPLAUSE light went on once again, and one person refused to clap out of principles. If Kenshin cared to look over then he would watch the man's chair explode, killing him instantly. Antioch let out a little sigh. "Every crowd needs a kill joy, am I right?" Antioch said toward the screen of people with a snarky tone. The APPLAUSE light turned off and a neon red sign saying, "LAUGH" rang on. The sobbing people, terrified out of their minds, forced themselves to laugh in order to not be the next victim of the scorn. "But enough of that poor shmuck! Let's introduce tonight's guest; Kenshin Kosei!" Antioch drew his scythe from his shoulders and pointed it at Kenshin. "Kenshin you have no idea how much it means to me that you came onto the show. Do you have any words for our paying sponsors before we begin our interview?" He said as though this was just a casual meeting. His voice was artificially sweet, like a man who had nothing to fear.
▱▰▱The moment Kenshin walked into the warehouse he heard the door slam shut behind him. Seals activated that severed his access to his chakra network altogether. He recognized them as similar to the fuuinjutsu formulas they used in the CORE Compound's maximum-security cells. He walked through the dark area alone allowing his byakugan to pierce through it. Kenshin readied himself as he followed the path to the wide-open space with a mass of people sitting down. He figured that he was about to be ambushed by some sort of gang as he had dealt with many times before. Kenshin was then made completely unable to see through the darkness as he felt his ocular veins rest and his byakugan deactivate. When he immediately attempted to activate it again it remained dormant.
When the shroud of darkness was lifted by the spotlights that stabbed his eyes he was given a sight that he had never seen in all of his years of policing. The seated individuals were not mobsters waiting to jump him but gagged civilians. It was also clear that the warehouse was designed for some sort of sick performance. He looked at the lounge chairs and the fireplace burning the APD flags and tensed his brow before the booming sound of the announcer echoed through the building. The audience was forced to clap, laugh, generally react through the instructions of the glowing signs. The only one who did not was immediately detonated after the appearance of the host. Kenshin's eyes widened in shock as he watched the citizen combust in front of him. The smell of his blood and the awful sight of his murder was overwhelming and made only further unsettling by how random and meaningless it all was.

Kenshin's training allowed him to remain calm despite the heart-racing dread of the possibility of all forty-nine other hostages being blown up. He saw the sickle being pointed in his direction but was completely frozen and unable to act. It was clear that they had the ability to detonate every seat on command. He breathed through it and meditated on the possibilities. s**t, if I try to arrest him now then they'll kill them all. If I try to free them then they'll do the same thing. Kenshin thought as he restrained himself from attacking. Brute forcing his way through this was not going to be an option. He instead had to rely on his extensive hostage training. "Let these people go. You already lured me here and I'm powerless against you in this warehouse. You've got nothing to gain from killing them." His voice was calm and professional despite the internal war of rage and fear within him. This negotiation for the lives of the citizens was his paramount priority as he stood unarmed in front of Antioch. It was his duty to bring these people to safety and to bring these dangerous criminals to justice and for now that required passivity despite his temptation to automatically crush them.

Antioch's eyebrow rose as a cocky smile crossed his face. "Powerless?! THE Kenshin Kosei is powerless? I recognize that you're no stand up comedian, but even you have to admit that joke fell as flat as Shion's chest!" The audience sign for "LAUGH" radiated the wrathful red color which demanded chuckles from the hostages. Antioch also broke into laughter, his free hand on his chest as he almost seemed to bellow over from his own joke. "Could a powerless man maintain order in Arashigakure when the two twins decided to go sling poo around with the other monkeys? Could a powerless man take one look at a god and raise his blade defiantly? Oh Kenshin, you are far from powerless. And that is exactly what tonight's episode is about!" As soon as Antioch finished his speech and stood up straight, Kenshin's ears would hear the mechanical crews in the sign above him unhinging. The large sign which had the title of the show dropped suddenly, attempting to crush Kenshin underneath it. In truth though, that was not really why the sign dropped. No, as the sign fell to the ground, a new sign took its place. "KENSHIN KOSEI; MAN, GOD, OR BEYOND?!" The sign was illuminated with a neon green glow. It faced the forced audience and presumably the direction of the alleged camera.

Once he landed he stood further back from the set but still within an audible speaking range. "I'm not a god. My glory belongs to Evergreen." Kenshin stated matter-of-factly before walking around the metal slab and temporarily looking at the restrained audience. He was still somewhat befuddled as to what the whole point of this was. "Let's just cut the crap. What do you thugs want? Money? I've got plenty to give you to just let them go." It was true that he had far more material wealth than he required from the fruits of his labor. He wanted to just get to the issue of what Antioch wanted for all of this trouble.

As Kojiro banged furiously against the door, laughter erupted from behind him. The footsteps were slow, but each one had an unusual weight to them. Once she was thirty feet away from the boy the blue and pink swirled haired woman blew a bubble to signify her presence. She wore the faintest hints of clothing which allowed all of her surgical scars and robotic replacements to be on full display. Her face, a distorted mess of mismatched metals looking more like a doll than a woman, contorted into a crude smile where half of the face fell flat, as though she had a stroke. "Mist-ah An-ti-och is bu-sie." She said as though each word caused her hard drive to fry. With one hand she held a massive meteor hammer easily ten feet larger than her own body. She chewed her gum and waited for Kojiro to fight so that she could fulfill her creator's goal and kill off the sidekick while he had fun with the hero.
And what fun did Antioch have as Kenshin offered to bribe him. His laughter was now erupting from him so much that he thought his chest was going to explode; which very well may happen given the course of the day. "Ken, can I call you Ken?" He said pulling himself together, very much aware that he was not allowed to call him Ken, and only certain people, such as Ada and Selina, were given permission to abridge his name. "Oh Ken how I waited for this. For you to be so pitifully stooped as to what I, the sheer brilliance behind most of your, as well as most of Arashigakure's, frustrations want. But I am an honest man," He said dishonestly. "What I want is for you to be bigger than yourself. And everyone knows the best way to make an omelet is to break a few eggs!" Antioch twirled his scythe around and slammed the pommel of the weapon onto the ground. From the audience booth an assortment of explosive tags activated before one person horrendously exploded into a pile of blood colored goo. "You say that it's your bloodlines which are you only source of power? Prove it. If this scythe isn't destroyed in the next minute then half of the audience will burst away." Antioch then turned his head toward the audience. "Although one of the soon to be scorched ground members of the audience was stuffed with millions of ryo! Therefore one lucky winner will be able to call and collect on all of that mulla once he combust and you use the code on screen to claim your prize! ▱▰▱Kenshin responded immediately to Antioch's asking if he could give him a nickname. "No." His voice was stern in retort to the laughing psychopath in front of him. Yet he persisted with it anyway and was promptly ignored. This was a petty issue given the grave nature of their interaction. Kenshin was then immediately shaken by the casual taking of yet another life. When he was presented with the threat that he must destroy Antioch's scythe or roughly twenty-five more people were going to be killed he realized that he really had no choice. He felt his adrenaline pump through his veins as he held his right hand out. A katana constructed from dark blue spiritual energy instantly appeared in his grip. Crackling dark blue lightning surged through the spirit sword and formed a draconic head of lightning over his body. He then disappeared and reappeared in front of Antioch in a shunshin-equivalent blink. Kenshin slashed the katana with both hands toward the scythe's pole with the intent to slice it in half. The katana was further enhanced by numerous bolts of night blue lightning that were aimed at electrocuting Antioch in the process.

Nuibari Attributes • Infinite Needles | While Nuibari functions perfectly fine as a long, thin blade that sits between a Jian and a Foil. It's comprised of infinite, instantly replenishing needles. If an opponent is stabbed, the blade will leave several needles inside of the opponent. It also never runs out of string either, with one at the base of the weapon, and one attached to each needle. Similarly, unhindered, the weapon always comes back when thrown for the techniques below, and can be pulled to the user free of activation via its wire so long as the nigh-invisible string is not cut. • Thread the Needle | This skill increases the speed of the wielder moderately while Nuibari is wielded.
Discipline & Cross Class Attributes • Expert: Rapier | The user has achieved a sense of mastery and focus unlike others and are known as an Expert, a dedicated focus over a weapon they use to near perfection. The shinobi can pick a single weapon, or two if dual wielding, to apply this focus toward with examples such as Katana, Spear, Bows or even Dual Daggers. They acquire a Keystone technique that is unique to them with an additional 2 Custom Techniques derived of this special ability. Refer to the Keystone Guideline for more information. An additional 5 chakra can be applied to the blade to prevent it from causing physical damage from thrusting but instead seal tenketsu points and inflict pain similar to a stab wound in the area struck but slashing attacks can still cause damage. Half the resource cost of techniques from the rapier style of Sen Gekiretsu Nagareboshi applied allows the technique to carry the tenketsu sealing effects of a same-rank palm strike such as a B-Rank carrying 64 Palms effects. Getsuruito must be in its rapier form to use this ability and 5 chakra can be spent upon activation of this technique to transform it as such. The Righteous Sword of the Sentinel technique has a 10 post duration before necessitating re-activation and costs an E-Rank amount of chakra. The initial activation of this technique consumes an action but all subsidiary abilities of the technique do not.
Smiting Blade of the Night Watch [ Naitō Otchi no Sumittinguburēdo ] | Rank X | Bukijutsu [ Lightning ] | Spiritual When this technique is activated it crackles violently with night blue lightning for the entire duration. The electricity from the blade also forms bolts of lightning over the body of the user and appears to supercharge them. Whenever the blade is swung or thrust over the duration the user can fire a concentrated blast of ten bolts of lightning to accompany the strike equal to the rank applied but for only half the cost to initiate the technique. Hatake, Raiu, and Sage enhanced lightning can pass through the blade and apply to these lightning bolts. The bolts cause a thunderously deafening sonic boom and can inflict tier 2 burns upon direct contact with the lightning. Additionally, these lightning bolts can be freely applied to all complex bukijutsu for no action cost to smite enemies. The only action cost is when the technique is activated and all subsidiary abilities of the technique do not consume actions and only chakra. This ability can be used in both forms of Getsuruito.
Draconic Sabre of Moon Sundering [ Getsu Sandaringu no Dorakonikku Seibā ] | Rank X | Bukijutsu [ Lightning ] | Complex This is the original ability of the ancient Getsuruito blade and thus requires the original katana form. 5 chakra can be spent to transform the blade to its original form upon activation of this technique. Crackling and thunderous dark blue lightning can be applied to the katana's edge at any rank and the same lightning can form a dragon head formed from electricity over the body of the user for 10 posts. This allows all spiritual techniques the sword comes into contact with to be slashed through and even cut in half at the same rank despite the complex nature of the technique. For half of the original cost to activate the technique a same-rank spiritual electrical energy slash can be sent out from the slash of the blade. This same cost can be applied to any complex bukijutsu to achieve the same effect. The original 10 post activation of this ability consumes an action but all subsidiary abilities do not.
As he pounded upon the door a seperate noise of metal grinding came to focus. His eyes opened widely as a popping noise accompanied it along side the first noise. He spun around quickly, raising his hands across his chest to grasp the hilt's belonging to each of them. Kaminari was gripped by his right hand. The sight of the woman, if he could call her that, disturbed him. She brandished a weapon over her shoulder, even called out the name of the man they'd been searching for. 'Antioch...then this woman is...` he thought briefly before acting.
Kojiro's eyes glazed over with a determination as the young wolf showed his fangs. He had to tear through this obstacle before making his way to Kenshin and his own peril. Without further warning, Kojiro vanished from sight as six neon green streaks of light seemed to linger on the right side of the woman, Kojiro's image appearing for less than a second before dissapearing, delivering the same effect to the back and left of the woman. The combination of eighteen strikes happened in an instant, the pinnacle of the Kazekiri style. However, Kojiro who had begun embracing his assassin like killing arts would take no risks. The natural concussive blast of the super sonic speed slashes coupled with Kojiro's korabo ability with lightning techniques would cause them to send high voltage power through whatever soft tissue was within the woman if any. Truthfully, it wasn't the lightning he wanted, it was the Legendary Hell Thrust's ability to nullify all armor and drastically weaken ninjutsu armor. Once again, coupled with the Lightning Edge of his bloodline heritage which would negate the woman's endurance, wearing her down to the wire. Finally, the sonic booms from Kojiro's eighteen slash attack would set in bouncing the woman around like a rag-doll within the confined space between each volley of slashes.
After the simultaneous onslaught Kojiro would appear directly before the woman, stepping forward to drive his right fist, sword still in hand, into the woman's face. The punch itself was not to be feared, rather the effect of the emerald lightning crackling around it. If unblocked, Kojiro's physical contact would have lightning engulf her body in a twisting snake like motion as it would smolder with intense burns, unable to move as she would disintegrate away. If successful, singe marks would radiate from the mechanical woman's iron clad feet. After delivering the strike, Kojiro would slide backwards, distancing himself by thirty feet.

After each of these cuts are landed, the sheer speed of the user's actions cause an explosive pressure change that occurs at the target's location. This concussive blast renders the target unconscious if the slashing attacks were successful, ending the fight. All attacks from this technique are considered successful if the first part is not completely blocked or evaded./i] • Hell Thrust [ Jigokuzuki ] | Rank S A technique that varies in strength depending on the amount of fingers used to deliver the single thrust of a lightning charged hand. Beginning at C Rank, the user utilizes four fingers to deliver the thrust. Three fingers at B Rank, Two at A Rank and a single finger at S Rank. Each ranked thrust degrades objects. The target then begins to smolder as their insides have suffered tier four burning and are being disintegrated, blowing away with the wind. In the deflecting stance, the user can deflect a technique of their body rank or lower once every three posts for no activation, still requiring the stamina/chakra cost paid. • Move as Water | Rank A | Training Description: The user has dealt with so many situations being outnumbered that their ability to move in tight and confined spaces is greatly increased. The user’s blade work is tighter, relying on their body and footwork to generate force. Techniques that target multiple opponents may now have additional reserves paid in order to strengthen the effectiveness of the individual attack to the next highest rank.These can be paid individually, not requiring chakra or stamina to be paid for every split technique. • Illusion Dancing | Rank E | Training After countless hours of practicing skills that utilize chakra pathways, the user is capable of leaving after images of themselves at the turning points of each pathway for an E rank amount of chakra during the execution of the technique. • May Wind, October Rain | Rank E | Training Focusing on their opponent's breathing, the user is able to detect abnormalities in their breathing patterns, indicating an offensive movement. Once every three posts, the user is able to defend against an offensive activation without utilizing an activation. This skill requires no chakra or activation. • Blessed Rain | Rank C | Training The user's informed of the incoming costs of what is to come, and as such, must practice their chakra control through controlled bursts from various parts of their body. After much dedication, the user develops the ability to sense hostile intent within the topic they are in. The user is able to spend stamina in order to increase the strength of their punches for no activation. Eyes widen like a child in a candy store as Anitoch hastily removed his hands from the scythe. The lightning blade slash obliterated the weapon as the slash cut it in half, and the influx of spiritual chakra dissolved the weapon in a matter of seconds. Antioch performed a back flip from the attack as he landed rather lavishly into one of the interviewer chairs. Once he landed he clapped wildly as the applause sign blared active and forced the audience to do the same. "Now THAT is the Kenshin Kosei we know and love. That is the power of a man restrained only by his own morality." He said as he leaned forward from his chair and made eye contact with the man. "Don't you love that power?! Don't you want to see the true limitations of your abilities?" Antioch then leaned back as he folded his legs and opened his arms. "Don't you want to strike me down?" He said with his voice dripping with vile temptation. "That power could wipe me from the face of this earth! Then the great Kenshin Kosei can wipe with one strike the mastermind of Arashigakure's mastermind. Your name is already down for the history books, but imagine how much further it would go with one last villain slain by your hand? The offer is here and now, and it's once in a life time." Antioch then raised his hand before Kenshin even thought of moving. "Of course to kill me now would cause those people to all explode in the most unfortunate fashions. And it would detonate all of those explosive tags I placed around Arashigakure's orphanage and the market district. But really, what are a few dozen lives compared to one maniac whose more than willing to do it all over again?" His words were poised with venom, eager for Kenshin to raise his blade at him. He needed Kenshin to take up the true extent of his power, and become the reckoning he prayed for his goddess to deliver. After all, if Antioch's words and a few explosive tags could corrupt the cornerstone of justice that was Kenshin himself, imagine who else he could influence.
Meanwhile, the eighteen slashes all severely slashed or bent the body of this poor woman. Blood gushed out of the places that were still human, and the sound of metal creaking erupted from all of the sonic booms the strikes delivered. When the final strike broke through her head there was a startled look of pain before the face shattered completely and the body fell forward limp. It was then, however, that the body once again moved, clearly not of its own volition. Now that Kojiro was closer, his human sage passive sensory could detect that this woman, who he delivered all of these strikes upon, was only the remnants of a real woman. Her chakra network was sown together as though she was constructed by a skilled puppeteer. Before Kojiro could have a chance to figure out where the strings were connected from, the remains of what was once the woman's shoulder sprang open. A paper bomb exploded which covered the area in absolute light. While Kojiro's sense of sight was imposed upon, so was his sense of scent by a fuming smoke cloud of some kind. Finally, if Kojiro did not move soon, then the broken remains of the puppet's right arm would move to swing vertically down with the massive weapon in its hand.

▱▰▱When Kenshin felt Getsuruito completely slice through and obliterate the scythe he came to a stop. He watched Antioch jump back and evade the massive lightning bolts that followed his strike. They slammed into the ground in front of Kenshin with a loud bang and destruction of the warehouse floor beneath those crackling streams of electricity. Sharp, expressionless eyes of the law locked on Antioch behind a draconic head of roaring lightning that still remained over the sentinel's body. Hatred emanated from his pale hues as Antioch spoke as if to tempt him into killing him. Kenshin raised his spiritual blade offensively once again. "I'm considering it." His voice deepened further with frustration and seething hatred. A massive surge of night blue electricity surged through the katana blade once again. It electrified the warehouse's stale air and illuminated the area causing the audience to authentically gasp in terror of the possibility of him going through with it. Kenshin's piercing gaze then rested into closed eyes. In an instant, Kenshin reconnected with the world's natural energy and found that his rage and fear were instantly obliterated by the grander context of the universe. His eyes glowed when they were opened again as it was revealed that he entered human sage mode. He tossed his blade in the air and formed a tiger handseal before catching the falling electrified sword again. Once it was caught, Antioch would see his surroundings as exactly the same with the exception of the sword falling and sending a massive cone of lightning his way. Antioch would be able to see and feel the lightning hit him from the origin point of Kenshin's spirit weapon. In reality, that exact same sword was instead swung at the powerfully chakra-reinforced glass that imprisoned the hostages. That same cone of lightning that Antioch would see roaring his way would instead drill into the glass. If successful, he would stop the technique after the glass was shattered to prevent it from harming any of the hostages. The illusion would transpire at the same time as his actual maneuver. I can't believe that son of a b***h is making me fall so far to use genjutsu in combat. Kenshin thought internally and felt immense dishonor as he used the dark illusionary arts to attempt to trick Antioch into thinking the lightning was coming his way to buy Kenshin enough time to free the hostages. He only hoped that this sleight of hand would actually work considering his lack of talent in genjutsu. This was the first time that Kenshin had ever in his career used genjutsu in a combat situation, breaking his rule of reserving genjutsu only for interrogations. He was always deeply opposed on a moral level to use deception in an honorable duel but it was clear that he had no other choice. He focused on the swirling lightning that he was using against the powerful barrier with all his might. It was extra effective against the barrier and enhanced beyond comprehension by nature chakra.

The user creates a whole new surrounding that the opponent ends up seeing, instead of the old one, giving the user the advantage as only they would be aware of the exact lay of the land. This jutsu produces the feeling that the land is not as it should be, before changing to one in which the target feels that it should be. If double cost and upkeep are paid upon initial casting, the user is able to hide themselves, as well as any objects weighing up to fifteen pounds [15 lbs] per rank of the user within the same amount of footage, within the scenery. ▰ Heaven’s Judgment [ Kouten no Saiketsu ] The user preforms the required hand signs, blasting a twenty five foot wide tube of lightning that rotates like a drill as it mulches the land beneath it as it travels up to two hundred feet ahead at it's target. This technique is treated one rank higher when interacting with defensive techniques and barriers. After impacting a target and boring through it, this technique consumes an additional A rank amount of chakra from the user and causes a concussive electrical explosion that ranges fifty feet from the point of impact. Personal Attributes • Piercing Accuracy | The clansman is more proficient than his fellow clan members at striking tenketsu. One's gentle fist application allows them to reduce 1.5 times the amount of chakra spent in a juken strike instead of 1.25. For example, if one spends 100 chakra on a gentle fist technique, the attack robs the target of 150 instead of the 125 normal clansmen would reduce. • Purest Lineage | The clansman's thoroughbred lineage allows them access to the Byakugan without the use of a hand seal, chakra cost, or activation. In addition, should they unlock the Tenseigan, they may have 50% less reserves to maintain it than other clan members and may also activate the Tenseigan without the use of a hand seal, chakra cost, or activation. • Physical Prowess | The Hyuuga gains a [2] point increase in any stat after mastering stage 3 of the gentle fist and another [2] points after mastering stage 6 for a total of [4] rather than [2]. The Hatake's chidori raiton inflicts a tier of full-body paralysis that is equivalent to the technique's rank up to the second tier. Nuibari Attributes • Infinite Needles | While Nuibari functions perfectly fine as a long, thin blade that sits between a Jian and a Foil. It's comprised of infinite, instantly replenishing needles. If an opponent is stabbed, the blade will leave several needles inside of the opponent. It also never runs out of string either, with one at the base of the weapon, and one attached to each needle. Similarly, unhindered, the weapon always comes back when thrown for the techniques below, and can be pulled to the user free of activation via its wire so long as the nigh-invisible string is not cut. • Thread the Needle | This skill increases the speed of the wielder moderately while Nuibari is wielded.
Discipline & Cross Class Attributes • Expert: Rapier | The user has achieved a sense of mastery and focus unlike others and are known as an Expert, a dedicated focus over a weapon they use to near perfection. Half the resource cost of techniques from the rapier style of Sen Gekiretsu Nagareboshi applied allows the technique to carry the tenketsu sealing effects of a same-rank palm strike such as a B-Rank carrying 64 Palms effects. Getsuruito must be in its rapier form to use this ability and 5 chakra can be spent upon activation of this technique to transform it as such. The Righteous Sword of the Sentinel technique has a 10 post duration before necessitating re-activation and costs an E-Rank amount of chakra. The initial activation of this technique consumes an action but all subsidiary abilities of the technique do not.
Smiting Blade of the Night Watch [ Naitō Otchi no Sumittinguburēdo ] | Rank X | Bukijutsu [ Lightning ] | Spiritual When this technique is activated it crackles violently with night blue lightning for the entire duration. The electricity from the blade also forms bolts of lightning over the body of the user and appears to supercharge them. Whenever the blade is swung or thrust over the duration the user can fire a concentrated blast of ten bolts of lightning to accompany the strike equal to the rank applied but for only half the cost to initiate the technique. Hatake, Raiu, and Sage enhanced lightning can pass through the blade and apply to these lightning bolts. The bolts cause a thunderously deafening sonic boom and can inflict tier 2 burns upon direct contact with the lightning. Additionally, these lightning bolts can be freely applied to all complex bukijutsu for no action cost to smite enemies. The only action cost is when the technique is activated and all subsidiary abilities of the technique do not consume actions and only chakra. This ability can be used in both forms of Getsuruito.
Draconic Sabre of Moon Sundering [ Getsu Sandaringu no Dorakonikku Seibā ] | Rank X | Bukijutsu [ Lightning ] | Complex This is the original ability of the ancient Getsuruito blade and thus requires the original katana form. 5 chakra can be spent to transform the blade to its original form upon activation of this technique. Crackling and thunderous dark blue lightning can be applied to the katana's edge at any rank and the same lightning can form a dragon head formed from electricity over the body of the user for 10 posts. This allows all spiritual techniques the sword comes into contact with to be slashed through and even cut in half at the same rank despite the complex nature of the technique. For half of the original cost to activate the technique a same-rank spiritual electrical energy slash can be sent out from the slash of the blade. This same cost can be applied to any complex bukijutsu to achieve the same effect. The original 10 post activation of this ability consumes an action but all subsidiary abilities do not.

Kojiro was certain the woman was flesh and bone, to an extent. He knew the distinct resistance of flesh being severed against sharpened steel. Kojiro's sensory abilities finally detected the faint spark of life within her. Not that she had long left. With his senses that had gone forgotten reawakened, he detected a nearby chakra source, not that he had time to react immediately to it with the woman's incoming attack. Her body, clearly moved of another's will. As she neared, her chest cavity would open up to reveal an explosive tag that would both blind and detonate the woman's body. He could sense the malintentions radiating off the person who was hiding now but it seemed the woman's own spark had finally faded.
Kojiro smirked, knowing whatever person pulled the strings from the shadows had underestimated the lieutenant. The smoke and debris around the battlefield seemed to draw into Kojiro for a mere instant before a concussive blast of pressure washed over a fifty foot radius. The initial wave of force carried Kojiro's concussive sonic boom which would assist in driving back the detonation's effect. He wasn't done, not yet. He would assure that the puppet master would have abandon his location or reveal himself on his own. "Disaster...Wave" he said solemnly, slinging his blade from right to left. With the simple slash, a surge of chakra unleashed itself from the blade as it traveled like a great tsunami. The chakra rolled over the district upturning and destroying all objects that were not nailed down or containing chakra, the only warning was the sonic boom that shattered glass all around just before the damage occured. The building that Kenshin and Antioch dwelled within would most likely be broken open with this force and the extremely large concussive boom would sound off like a thunder clap that alerted all authorities of their location within the village, sending a plume of debris into the air to act as a beacon. This would send the woman's sword slash which would already be slowed by the steady output of chakra from his previous burst flying away. The woman's body would most likely not be within range of the puppeteers strings. " Alright. Lets stop playing games. Show yourself...so I can deliver justice." he said, his voice had a darker bite to it as he had finally internalized this woman may or may not have had her own free will of what she had done. He gripped Kaminari, his sword of justice quite tightly as he readied himself. The effects of his Maelstrom pushed the dust and debris away from his location to allow him sight once it returned to him as the immediate area was still somewhat blurred. All the while it was releasing a steady stream of sonic booms that would continue to push back all those who neared him.

Personal Attributes • Chidori Specialist | Grants [3] custom techniques to be used as variants of Chidori, these custom jutsu are considered a Chidori Variant. The user may also apply clan Augment techniques to Chidori, Chidori Variant and Raikiri Jutsu. In addition, the user's chidori techniques bypass all armor entirely. Raikiri is considered a Chidori Variant technique. Only techniques with the name [Chidori] or [Raikiri] are effected by this PA. • Hatake Fury | Bloodline and Raiton techniques have their chakra cost reduced by five per rank of the technique and gain an additional 4 Ninjutsu slots for raiton techniques. Antioch laughed manically as Kenshin moved in to slice him down. He had won. This was all he ever wanted. His eyes beamed with glee as he felt the blade strike him down and for all of his artificial stitching to spew out like some extremely messed up pinata. This was everything he could have wanted. With that being the case though, why did he still feel so hollow? Why did he not feel like this was perfection? It took a moment to realize, but by that point it was too late. The moment he broke out of the kai Kenshin succeeded in rescuing the hostages from the bonds which shackled them. At the same time, a massive force collided with the building the two were in, but the seals which surrounded the building protected the integrity of it. After all, while the seal stopped Kenshin from accessing his bloodlines, Antioch still had access to all of his. And the Tenseigan's ability to keep buildings indestructible was very useful when planning on kidnapping and holding onto one of the most powerful ninja in the world.
"Well shucks. Looks like someone's trying to knock some sense into this turn of events!" He said as the Laugh sign blared on, but because Kenshin liberated the victims there were no claps. This of course meant that Kenshin, as well as anyone still by the window sill that Kenshin did not evacuate yet, would possibly deal with hundreds of explosive tags all going off at the same time. The two drapes on the wall fell as they would unveil Selina Rosewater and Ada Rio-Kyuri each bound in a separate plastic like prison. They were gagged and bound to a chair as they could not say a thing or move. Meanwhile, their plastic dome was littered with explosive tags ready to detonate. At the same time Antioch, while laughing menacincly, dashed out of the building. The moment he exited the building the indestructible nature of the Tenseigan would be de-activated, as would the powers which bound Kenshin from using his bloodline abilities. At the same time, if Kenshin survived the explosions and then activated his byakugan, he would find that Antioch was no where to be seen by his almighty dojutsu.
Meanwhile, the silhouette of a woman rose from the ground forty feet behind Kojiro. She smirked as a shadow clone appeared directly in front of her. As the clone rose her hands, the real one disappeared into a body flicker. The clone's hands rose as hundreds of strings erupted and latched themselves into the ground. The earth shook as all around Kojiro shot from the earth solid metal robots. Their sleek steel bodies were imbued with the steel release, a courteous gift from a blacksmith who had the same power which was murdered for the sake of this welcoming gift for the APD. The hundred puppets floated in the air as they looked down on Kojiro. Even if the clone was popped, the only thing which was needed from her was the bolt of chakra to inspire them.
