I think,it should've been...
Ed/Envy! x3 Forget the fact that they're half brothers.It was right there! You could choke a chicken with the yaoi tension!
And Sora/Riku(Is that spelled right?) Kairi got in the way of a BEAUTIFUL relationship.It's all her fault,I blame her,who's up for throwing her off a cliff?
You could tell Riku liked Sora!And they would've made a beautiful couple...Also,it was hinted.If you look on the cover of the game,The heart is around ONLY Riku and Sora.

For some reason I really want Sasuke and Naruto to be together..Well actually I do have a reason..The would look soo cute together!

Daisuke and Satoshi from DNAngel. That manga is so filled with hints towards BL that not much would change if Daisuke's love interest was shifted from Riku to Satoshi. Seriously.

Well, first off there's SanzoxGoku and GojyoxHakkai from Saiyuki. They're so close to canon, it's obvious. 3nodding
A YukixHaruxKyo threesome from Furuba. I couldn't decide if I wanted YukixHaru or YukixKyo to be properly canon, and one of my mottos is "When in doubt, make a threesome".
SatoshixDaisuke and KradxSatoshi from DN Angel. I don't think I'm alone in saying that the series hints BL every other page almost.
FuumaxKamui from X/1999. It's even more canon the pairings I listed for Saiyuki.
EnvyxEd from FMA. Need I say more?
I'm not sure this counts, but SephirothxCloud from FFVII. It works on so many levels.
KaixRei and KaixYuuri from Beyblade. Many hints, and so hot. heart

Trowa and Wufei in Gundam Wing, I mean it's not like I was expecting them to get it on in the show (it was prime time Cartoon Network after all...) but nobody seemed to like that pairing. Trowa/Quatre was just so... sickly sweet. Ick.

And it pisses me off how Godchild likes to hint that Cain likes Riff, but they never get together.
Also Demon Diary REALLY needed the Yaoi too x.x Reanef and Eclipse! They always look like they're going to kiss and then they dont ;-;rawr, I hated that too!! SPOILER ALERT! ** Doesn't Cain die in Riff's arms?**
