my scary Halloween story happened in middle school. My brother had been sick for a week before Halloween and on the day my mom took him to the doctor. I didn't know what was going on and I kept on going to the office to hear any news. My mom told my brother that either way he was going to see people in masks. My brother ended up in emergency appendix surgery. I didn't find out till after the surgery was over when my mom came to pick me up. The funny fact my brother got more candy in the hospital than I got trick or treating that year.

My dad used to take us to the 'rich' side of the neighborhood so we would get better candy. We'd get full sized candy bars and cans of coke.One year one of the houses had a guy dressed as a scarecrow and he scared the crap out of me and I screamed pretty loudly.

in elementary school my dad was one of the main workers at the school haunted house. So for 2 weeks I would be there every evening walking around and helping out. I had no problem but then when it was show time I so scared that I would stay up in the back stage area because I did not want to walk through it. Hilarious now I think about it since I saw everyone back stage in costume already but I really didn't like the dark
