Southern Cross Nemesis Can we take an, regular Joe class[as you call it] in between monster levels? I ask, cause one of the few I am looking at[depends on what the dice read to determine] is the Beholder. The Tyrant Magic, in short and simple way, says it stacks with arcane caster levels. I would prefer people not but since your class has an ability that specifically requires you take a spell casting class to use it I would be fine with it.

I am out of time, but just so all are aware, I shall group my living ball of lightning with Cleric. So we have a healer in the group, unless if someone wishes to step forth and say ME HEALER! RAWR!!!. lol
I am mostly done with the character, but can easily change routes to a sorcerer.

Man I wanted to make a harpy but she doesn't get flight till lvl 4 and a flightless bird girl doesn't work for me so I'm either going to make a Medusa or an Aranea

Very interested in playing, but i have exactly 0 3.5 experience. I have, however, played a boat load of Pathfinder, and have been told the two are very similar. Think it would be an issue if I found a way to find some 3.5 source material and jumped in? I dont want to like... slow the game with noobiness or anything.
