The poor woman looked more distraught than she had from afar. He tried to comfort her..though knew the words would mean little coming from an equally disheveled stranger with tattered..once glorious feathers..and a tail that hung limp, lifeless behind him. Refusing to so much as sway when there were so many of his kin. Of their brethren beaten down and crying out for help. I'm sure you will find them..be strong. Do not lose heart..no matter how dark this day is tomorrow will be better. How could it get any worse?" Offering a tight smile Mikasi'Nell looked about, ears suddenly flickering to life. The world seemed to slow. All of it faded away to the white hair that whispered in the wind..the soft cry of his name. Rain did not hear it so when Mikasi darted away the petite female looked after him in shock. " H-hey! Wait up you big oaf! I wish you luck miss. may the gods that are left smile upon you and your family!" Bowing she followed after the large males swift steps, Awahi cuddled close to her chest. There! He hadn't been dreaming and the moment their eyes met mikasi fell to his knees before her. Before the only one he'd eve loved. Tears flowed freely..heart wrenching emasculating sobs as his strong arms gathered Astraea and Chosovi close. Cradling them..listening to their breathing and feeling the weight slip off his shoulders. They were alive. They were alive! "Astraea...my treasure. Please forgive me..please." Being separated, not knowing where your loved ones were or if they lived. It was the worst feeling he had ever felt. He knew his mate would still be feeling such emotions until all of her family had been accounted for. Leaning nearer till their foreheads touched Miksi spoke softer..so no one else would hear..no one else deserved the words but, her. " I love you. We will make it..we are strong..never again will we part. This I swear on my life.."

Silent tears streaked down her soot smudged face as she leaned into Kian's embrace. She glanced down at her hand "There...has to be some hope." Yáviel had to choke down another bought of tears. They didn't look any worse...but not exactly any better either.

As he released her she kept close to him, his presence helping to fuel her determination that they would make it through this. " I'm glad you're ok...you aren't hurt are you?" Yáviel looked him over quickly and touched his face with her fingertips. The dryad wasn't usually so informal but she was holding onto a light in a dark moment in time. While she fussed Yáviel couldn't fight this growing feeling that someone wasn't quite right. She quieted herself and just listened...

No matter how bad the damage, two souls would never part. How could he have doubted that, even for a second? They deserved the time they got to spend together, and it would never be taken from them...not again. In all the pain, the sorrow and the destruction, a lifetime of happiness was welcomed, and much needed.

It sounded as though someone was running toward him, or rather, in his direction, and whomever that person was, seemed to be on a mission. Could it be her...could it...?

Hmpfh.

He barely had time to react before she was there, already, flinging herself into his arms, and fitting like his perfect match. There was no awkwardness, just love. She felt as free as a bird to fling herself at him, and he would always be there to catch her.

His body pushed backward as she pushed all her weight onto him, his legs barely strong enough to carry both of them. "Evelyn, ouch...my back!" He mumbled, laughing. No matter the pain, it was worth it if she was there with him. The disheveled man did not quite put his wife down, though, as he wrapped his arms around her slender waist and twirled her, their bodies moving in sync. Lavender eyes found lavender eyes, as he realized that in this moment, he did not care what happened to his home and his life, so long as their souls were connected, they'd always find each other.

The bells rang with a quiet song, an eerie song as she quickly and quietly moved around. Oh how she loved that she could take such a pure gift, and turn it into something so evil. Neva could see two others nearby, and she kept her distance, trying to remain out of sight. Her ears though, being sensitive tried to pick up on any sort of information that she could use. She wasn't ready yet to encounter others. Not yet. Soon enough though.

His voice.

Her heart fluttered before feeling his strong arms around her making her feel safe. His words only added to the comfort, but she couldn’t help the worry that continued to fill her. What happened to everyone else? What if it was just them now? She wiped her tears away counting this as a blessing from the spirits as she laid her baby down beside Awahi. Both were gently sleeping and for once she felt as if this could work out. Even if they didn’t have anyone else there with them, they could survive this together.

“I love you too…I never thought I would see you again.” She paused sniffling and wiping her tears away once more. The pain receding from her heart and hope taking its place. “We will survive. We have to not only for us, but for our children as well.” She told him and remained close. She wasn’t going to ever leave his side again as long as she breathed air. She wasn’t. She just couldn’t.

“Should we continue on? What if there are others? What if…what if we aren’t the only ones who have suffered like this?” She said to her one true love as she gripped her side feeling the pain once more. This brought up old memories of the time when she had to nurse him back to health. A time in her life where she first started to open up to him and started to realize that she truly loved him. She smiled at the thought and how awkward she was back then. How naïve and how much she didn’t like being around others that weren’t family.

Now she wasn’t taking anything for granted. Now she was going to be a survivor.

She heard voices...Two different voices. They were blurry and seemed to be distant with her blood filled ears but they were there. Wait, wait a minute. Voices meant people! Real people! A grimace ran through her face as she came out of her pain caused haze. Unknowingly she had closed her eyes in the time that she had been resting against the tree. Now, she struggled to work them open through the drying blood gluing them together. "Argh." Everything seemed to take such effort. It was like her body just wanted to give up. But no, she was not the type to give up so easily. She'd fight on till she couldn't anymore. If she was going out, she would go out kicking.

Finally she got her eyelids open, showing the glassy ice blue eyes under them. Everything was out of focus but she could see a dark figure. Something...something was glowing. Her side felt warm, though it was a comforting feeling Kaia's mind panicked. Had the fire caught up to her again? No...she hadn't come this far to lay down and let it wash over her! Not again! Letting out a weak cry she lifted a wobbly hand, trying to brush away what she was thinking was flames as her wobbly legs pushed up. But they couldn't hold her up, not after all of this. It was her tattered right leg to go first as it folded under her. Her left now baring her weight was soon to follow forcing Kaia to her knees. The branches and dirt on the ground dug into her open wounds like salt. She let out another cry her hands going to her legs.

God everything hurt. It was the worst pain she had ever been through in her life. Her head lowered, the top of it bumping into something hard. Unknowingly she had rested her head against Amon. The one who was trying to help her. Now was not the time for talking, frankly she wasn't sure she could talk anymore. The thought of forming words together seemed to be a herculean task at the moment. Kaia could hope that the voices she heard hadn't fled from the flamings and left her. She hoped, but didn't know that there was no more fire. She was simply feeling the warming of healing powers that few had.

Vincent searched the shapes for any hint of familiarity. It was now apparent that they were all moving in the same direction as him, and hopefully there would be familiar faces among them. He watched from the corner of his eye as someone came up next to him. She had a familiar look about her but he didn't recognize her. If she thought he would be easy to pick off she would find herself unpleasantly surprised...her voice cut off his paranoid thoughts.

He contemplated ignoring her, but now was not the time. "My family." he said gruffly.

Calixte felt strange, numb. Something had happened, and now she was... here. Though she wasn't sure where 'here' was. Her heart was beating fit to burst from her chest, and she saw no one she knew... All around her, people were rushing toward one another, finding loved ones. Something wet landed on her cheek... And she realized she was crying. Wiping the tear from her face, Cali realized with a jolt that not only did she have skin, but hands as well. Looking at her hand, she brought it closer to her eyes. "Strange," she said, looking around again. Still, she saw no one she knew. But now would be a good time to meet others, especially now that they all appeared in human form, including apparently, herself.

Observing quietly for a moment, she waited for someone she knew to jump out from behind a tree, or perhaps sneak up on her from behind, and wondered how she would feel if no one did show up.

Wheeze. Pant.

Her heart was gripped in a vice. A vice of terror and confusion and pain. Aleera felt raw, like someone had taken a huge sheet of sandpaper and not only scraped it countless times over her body, but mowed her heart down until it quivered and cried out against further torture. Her family... Her family. Her heart yearned for her family. Her heart broke as they were not there. And he wasn't there. Where was he?

The brown-haired woman collapsed to her knees, hair hanging heavily over the tattered remains of her dress. A feather of deep purple that faded, lighter and lighter, to silver, dangled from a strand near the side of her face. She didn't realize it, but her skin was sliced in many places. Her eyes, dual-toned in blue and purple, were unfocused.

She wished she could see the blue she couldn't describe. Like a ghost, the colour haunted her--but she had never felt so safe or so vulnerable under the weight of that gaze. A hand clenched over her heart. Her heart, which still shook and cried out--cried out as her entire being and very soul cried out. The hand slowly crept up to the sunfire medallion against her chest and held on for dear life.

Malis blinked, looking down at her fingers. This time, they were real which meant that this was not just another spirit journey. Blue hands came down to spread against her gravid belly and she smiled, At least the little one was ok. Wrinkling her nose she let her mind remember the grand family she had dreamed up while under the guise of a horse. It was the first time she had such a large family, maybe it was the pregnancy that inspired such a dream. She had met so many, protected them, lead a large group. The troll grinned now, it had been a good spirit journey, one in which she learned a lot, a widely respected elder no less! Nodding to herself, she looked over to the familiar elf who lay close by and chuckled. Rynn had always dreamed of flying and her dream-image had been one with wings. The troll heard voice close by and stretched, trying to pinpoint their direction. It was time to meet a whole new group of people. Though first, she needed to waken the slumbering elf. "Oi! New place, we gotta go check it out. Ya alright t'ere?"

User Image

Rynn's first thought was a hope she could sleep a little longer yet her blood sister was insistent. "One moment Malis..." She yawned and stretched, still partially within the dream they had previously shared. "He still wasn't there... Will we ever find him?" The elf frowned slightly as she pushed herself up into a sitting position. She had hoped that maybe this time she would find him, but the dark haired rogue had proved to be ever illusive.

"Ah be sure we will, it only be a matter o' time." The large troll grinned again before standing up and stretching. "Who knows, mebby he be right around t' corner!" With a wink she snuffed out the campfire which gave off a peculiar green smoke before picking up her large axe. "Come on!" Malis was itching to meet the new folks, sure it was going to be fun.

The elf nodded, her red hair slipping out of her braid. With nimble fingers she unwound her hair and re-braided it before letting the rest of it hang behind her shoulders. If Malis was ready to go there would be no stopping her until she reached her new destination. Rynn smiled slightly at the troll's comments, the hope she had with finding Zevron had been slipping but then, this was a new world and there was always a chance he would be there waiting for her.

I don't have any human art of him, so um, just pretend he looks like a guy. xd

Cockery was confused what was going on. Then again, he was always confused, why should today be any different?

He wasn't sure where he was. Clearly this must be the work of the Bad Man With Fire, his arch-rival who burnt down Cockery's village when he was a child, and was some sort of Kung-Fu Treachery. The leader of the Ninja Macaw Clan had once again been forced to leave his home. He had just gotten settled in too, and was going to make his clan bigger and better than ever.

Looking around, he saw that everyone else in this area was some sort of hybrid thing also. He also saw that he was by far the prettiest and most badass of the group. Some things never change.

Cockery strutted around on his new found two legs, and made various winks and head-bobs of acknowledgement at everyone he passed.

There was fire, an inferno of gasoline, and someone mentioned before they passed out a small albino ferret-spirit guiding Marshall Dylan through the flames. Dylan lead her bonded, Shionsei, whom in turn led his son Axl. Axl led Caiomhe, Caiomhe saved Heath from the smopke, though it seemed the spirit of a small dog had guided him to follow her. The Stallion had rushed back to save the others-- Itzel barging out after him, Miira fiollowing carefully with the remaining Red, a goat, and Yiirou, the glistening stars on them beaconing to the others. Auckland had lead the foal by her side after, Finny huddling by her mother-- Where was Daddy?

They'd escaped into a tunnel, escaping the fire and sorrow, the fire and the pain of dying, and yet...

At first they thought the summoner was missing.

The other end greeted them with a Red-white haired woman in a t-shirt and denim jeans, a rather odd woman with half red, half white hair. Chase glanced up. Ditrius was coiled arounf her shoulders, refusing to abandon the friend he'd made, and she grinned a bit. She'd been a pony, a trick locking her form for a long time, but her magic returned, easily filling her again. The summoner was a Summoner again. They were okay-- including the memory-named. And they were no longer in a form of an equine.

Some were pale, armoured. That was Shinsei and Axl. Some were a hybrid creature-- she wasn't sure what to call Portobello or Blythe beyond Wood-Spirits, but it fit them, especially poor Blythe. The poor terrified child could do with a safe, warm area with her twin... Auckland was a lovely Fae for now, Finny huddled to her mother making the fae equivalent of whickering in terror. Caiomhe was.. Human, it seemed, but Chase knew not to anger this one. Heath... Looked the most uncomfortable she supposed. He was quiet, scarred, wearing a chain around his neck. He had an animal's soul, if she darked press more, he also carried a Memory in him of a beloved One. Especially if some of his quests proved anything-- if the spirit animals said much. Someone who gave him his name had lost someone the loved very much, and passed the memory to Heath. Marshall Dylan too, however she was in her true form all along, a conduit, perhaps, or perhaps simply unfortuanate.

Chase got up to address the frightened mass she'd known, but not how they knew one another. Threads, perhaps, of knowledge. Perhaps whatever loving Force had led them to this place-- there were others in many different forms.

"Is everyone okay?"

Nods, Finny crying again. Auckland looked distressed.

"I can't find my parents-- or Fergus..." She whispered. Chase pet her hair, mindful of the horns still gracing her.

"It's okay. We'll search this place. We'll be okay."

The oldest of them All smiled to her flock, and turned to investigate, looking about slowly.

Surely, Heath or Auckland knew someone, because she didn't know anyone.

Oops I think I accidentally rambled.

Pony-to-Humanoids are:

Chase - Human Summoner. Can assume a MLP form. Kept Ditrius, who can talk!

Shinsei Batsu - He had a mate who may be transfered, IDK, I'll ask Poi. Man in armour.

Axl - Shinsei's Son. Man in armour. Kind of a flirt.

Itzel - Mayan humanoid. Might be more or less. She used to like skinwalkers. Watch out for her.

Portobello & Blythe - Twinsies! They go together. Formerly mixed, the closest I can approximate to a humanoid species is a Dryad or Elf-like creature. Or Eld.

Caiomhe - Humanoid, still likes water.

Miira - Small, very sassy. Wears glitter and space stuff and has aquatic traits. Keeps a ferret, Yiirou, who totes likes Shinsei's Dylan.

Heath - Human with a cocker's docked tail and will be utterly lost. He had a lifemate, and now with the inferno he doesn't know where sher's gone. He's near-mute, and likely to be terrified. Carries a Memory of Someone Else. AKA: a dog I lost when I was 8.

Auckland: Currently a form of Fae. Hasn't found Fergus or her sons.

Finny: Auckland's daughter. Can be coaxed to explore once she feels safer. Child, since she's a foal last I knew, but will likely grow up eventually.

Just... Note who you're playing with? Some of my Soq never got the RP I wanted so there may be fleshing-out work beyond their personalities and backstories.

OF course he wound up here. Of all places to end up he was in yet another unknown world. Growling softly to himself he looked around knowing his mate would not of been able to follow him. He was unsure of himself and angrly lashed out at a tree leaving claw marks on it. Today was not a good day.. He had been exiled from his own home for something he never did. Due to him being a demon though he could understand all languages he was a demon stuck in the body of a wolf. He longed for Naomi his mate who happened to be a fallen angel one that had fallen for a demon.

"They hate me and i hate them..the very meaning of all this is pointless" he growls again and brings his wings close to his sides. "They will pay for what has happened.." He starts walking not sure of where to go but a big demon wolf like him has no worries.

Seeing the look of pain cross her face made his lip lift..showing a overly sharp canine. Rains Song was flitting about anxiously looking over the two, gently smoothing out Mikasi'Nell's long black hair to try and soothe the man. Yet nothing would soothe him until he'd destroyed or at the very least tasted the blood of whomever had DARED make his mate hurt. Made her feel any sort of pain! He saw red until their hands touched..until he ran a hand through her soft white hair. Lips met her's in a warm gentle touch, then were gone replaced by hands gliding down her frame to feel for injuries, his brow furrowing with anxiety. "Where does it hurt my love? I will carry you." Yes, it felt like someone had thrown him off a cliff yet Mikasi wouldn't let her suffer. Wouldn't make her walk alone. Standing once more he carefully gathered his beloved close, cradling her within his arms. He wobbled only once before becoming steady..and with just a look silence Rain before she could speak about the wounds along the backs of his legs. Wounds that burned with each step but, were ignored. Instead of speaking the tiny female flitted to pick up both the twins, rustling around till she'd used some of her clothing to make a makeshift little sling/carrier. One on the front and, one to the back. " Don't worry..I've got you..now. Let's leave this place..Rain. Tell me if I walk too fast..we need shelter and something for wounds. Water too. Keep your eyes and ears open. Should something or someone try to attack we must be prepared to fight." This was it.
This was their life now..to wander across this barren plain of existence and, hope somewhere they could find lost family. Lost loved ones. Yes..he really wanted a piece of the destroyer now.

The toddler cried..unable to stop the flow of tears, black hair tickling his neck. Eyes puffy and body covered head to toe in soot. Where had his mother gone? Where had his father gone?! It was scary here. Pali did not like it nor did he wish to stay..but, where could he go? Shivering as the tears slowed he gave a few tiny hiccups, sniffles and whimpers before shakily calling out. "Day!! Dat!!" ((Mom and Dad)) When no reply followed the pleading cry from the young boy he wobbled to two tiny feet and, started walking. Looking. Looking for a shine of a dagger that his father had always carried, hunting for the bright pink and black of his mothers soft hair. Up ahead the toddler caught sight of a glint, of metal. " DAT! DAT!" Tripping over his feet he stumbled ungracefully and bodily into the stranger's legs. He was a big man. There was someone else with a dagger too which..did not comfort Pali in the least. Eyes welling with fresh tears he pulled away from the two and, whimpered again. " You're not Dat.." Now what was he to do?

(Pali Zindelo is the adopted son of Raphael and Ethanol xD That's why he ran into them because they have daggers/weapons like his father > v > and they are technically 'family'.)

Amon tried to continue healing though she weakly swatted his hands away. As she grew more panicked he tried soothing her with words until her head came to rest tiredly against his chest. He looked down at her with his good eye and sighed, hoping he'd be able to help her. Slowly he worked the slightly charred over coat he was wearing off of his shoulders and wrapped her in it, he tucked her closer to him and gingerly picked her up.
His head rose when he caught the voice of another and he scanned the tree's for visual confirmation. He didn't want to startle the creature in his arms by shouting, but she was in a bad way and needed more healing than he could provide for her, until then though, he continued to pour his magic into her. "Over this way! I've got her!"

Anastasia watched as right before her tired eyes the man who stopped to see if she was alright was reunited with his other half. She watched for a moment, a smile on her face for the first time since the destruction took place. She waved weakly, though she wasn't being paid any attention and murmured a good bye before turning away from the happy scene to trudge on. Seeing a family come together in the turmoil put a bit of hope in her heart that maybe hers would come together as well. With that thought in her head she straightened up and took a swipe at her eyes, new determination set in her body.
