Well, I *think* all the mechanics are done, save for Hero Points which I'll figure out when I do my background.

Halleifr the Sea Dwarf

He doesn't actually live at sea, just on the bluffs overlooking said sea. Long story that's actually kind of short.

Rest is forthcoming. Not too worried about it, I think I'm the first one done.

Well manus is on a peninsula and as mentioned in the setting info a port city so a sea dwarf would sit well there.

Dwarves are still dwarves. Halleifr is the son of a sculptor of stone and descended from a line of famous stone sculptors. AND HE KEEPS TRYING TO USE HIS TALENTS TO SCULPT ICE.

He's such an embarrassment and failure to his family and kind that he's kind of quasi-outcasted sweatdrop

I could take strong tail and be able to have a decent land speed. I have a thing for aquatics, just because I have a swim speed doesn't mean I'd be water focused and be all. "Lets go to the sea!"

Have anything against Halflings?

halfings are core so no. As in no problems.

I suspect the less rulebooks beyond Core Rules you use, the better.

We definitely have a mostly stabby cleric, a stabby samurai(?), and that's it for certain so far. Beyond that I don't know, so its hard for me to suggest something that might balance it out.
