So it seems that for some of us, the 8th is really day 1.
Which means that next week when I go back to work, I'll only have from 8pm CST when the themes are posted until I go to bed to do my drawings.
Well, we'll see how things turn out. I'm still excited none the less.

I'm also confused. So the theme for the 7'th is posted at 10pm EST, which is 9pm for me? So, wouldn't that mean that this really doesn't start until the 8'th, since that is really only a couple hours from the post time. I'm so confused. gonk
I can't wait to get started though. ^^;
Now that I think about it. The beginning might be super confusing, but I think this will be easy to follow once it has begun. ^^

Yeah, it sounds like the first day's themes are going up tonight (the 7th) and will be due tomorrow on the 8th. Sorry if there was any confusion!

just asking because I'm curious haha... I personally don't know how much effort I'll have time to put into each drawing, is it alright if they're not fully fleshed out? Just like quick? xD

Its already the 8th for me, and the cut off point will be 4pm each day while I'm usually at work- It differs for every person, and there is no real fair way to do it since everyone has different lives and times when they are busy. For me It means I have to draw before I go to work at about 9 am or so- and sometimes plan ahead for days I know I'll busy. It worked out fine for me last year I managed to do it.

I was wondering about the time thing... It says Eastern time zone, however I could not find that time zone in the time converter. neutral I found one called US Eastern though. Is that the one? In that case the border time will be 4am for me, and that is different from last year. >.<

Those are all the same. xD
Right now in Eastern time it's 7:02pm if that helps!

And omg, I'm so happy nothing's due tonight [or at least that's how it sounds?]
It would be clearer if it said it started on 1/8 EST though, or at least something like
"Starts/first themes posted on 1/7 with first art due on 1/8 at 10pm EST" just to clarify.
I nearly panicked that I hadn't checked, since tonight's pretty booked for me.
