though with an IV stat of 2 in speed I feel I'll be farming Zubat for a while -.-

I think Accuracy is as per whatever move they use, and evasion is just... evasion... but take that with a grain of salt!

First 50 v second 50 (No Hidden Abilities) Your Poochyena's Stats: At Level 5: HP: 18 Attack: 11 Defense: 7 S. Attack: 8 S. Defense: 9 Speed: 8 The thing is, most of the time I've found some Pokémon more accurate and evasive than others.
