Is there a theme? Or is the purpose to submit your best work of February regardless of the theme of the work?

Oro? I've been gone a few days; what happened to last month's contest? o.o;;
I'd love to participate again, but I have nothing new scanned atm... and I'm not sure when I'd find the time to complete another piece. Of course I'll try, but it seems like these two part time jobs I've got going are trying to hog me for themselves and... I'm getting almost no time off between the two. - . -;; Hopefully it just means I'm doing well and both places can tell I've a good work ethic.
So, anyway, I'll have to see. I talk/type a lot. c:
